Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความผาสุก ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทการดูแลเด็ก การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุที่ดูแลเด็ก เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทการดูแลเด็ก การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับความผาสุกของผู้สูงอายุ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ทำหน้าที่ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 130 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากศูนย์บริการสาธาณสุขจำนวน 13 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบทบาทการดูแลเด็ก การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามความผาสุก เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .82, .73, .89และ .88 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันสถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ความผาสุกของผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับสูง ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทการดูแลเด็กและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.เศรษฐานะ ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทการดูแลเด็ก การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผาสุกของผู้สูงอายุ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วน เพศ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผาสุกของผู้สูงอายุ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between personal factors, role satisfaction in caring for children, perceived health status, social support, and well-being of the elderly, Bangkok metropolis. Subjects were 130 elder people in Bangkok metropolis selected by simple random sampling technique, from 13 health centers. The research instruments were the questionnaires for the elderly: role satisfaction in caring for children questionnaires, perceived health status questionnaires, social support questionnaires and well-being questionnaires. The questionnaires were tested for content validity by panel expert. Alpha Cronbach coefficients were .82, .73, .89 and .88, respectively. The data were analyzed by Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, Chi-square test and Contingency coefficient statistic. The major findings were follow: 1.Well-being role satisfaction in caring for children and social support of the elderly Bangkok metropolis were at the high average level and the part of perceived health status was at the moderate average level. 2. Economic status, role satisfaction in caring for children, perceived health status andsocial support was positive correlated with well-being of the elderly, Bangkok metropolis at the .05 level but sex, education and marital status were not correlat
