Abstract

ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อองค์การ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ กับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ และการพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 463 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อองค์การ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง .95, .89, .93 และ .85 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับสูง (4.07)2. การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อองค์การ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง กับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .400 .409 และ.413 ตามลำดับ) 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การของพยาบาลประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อองค์การ ความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การ ของพยาบาลประจำการได้ 26.4% (R2 = 264)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To examine organizational citizenship behavior of staff nurses, to analyze relationships between trust in head nurse, organizational commitment, organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior of staff nurses; and to predict organizational citizenship behavior of staff nurses. Study subjects were 463 staff nurses working in inpatient departments, general hospitals selected by multi-stage sampling. The instruments were trust in head nurse, organizational commitment, organizational support, and organizational citizenship behavior questionaires. These questionaires were tested for content validity and reliability with alpha of .93, .90 and .91, respectively. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsonʼs product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze study data. Major findings were as follows 1. There was a high level of organizational citizenship behavior of staff nurses, general hospitals. with mean score of 4.07. 2. Organizational support, trust in head nurse, and organizational commitment were positively related to organizational citizenship behavior of staff nurses at the level .05, (r=.400, .409, and .413). 3. Factors significantly predicted organizational citizenship behavior were organizational commitment, trust in head nurse, and organizational support at the level .05. These predictors were accounted for 26.4% of variance, (R2 = .264)
