Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง ศึกษาสองกลุ่มวัดผลครั้งเดียวหลังการทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของการบริการสุขภาพในคลินิกสุขภาพดีต่อความพึงพอใจในบริการ และการเลือกขึ้นทะเบียนโรงพยาบาลบ้านลาดเป็นสถานพยาบาลประจำครอบครัว ประชากร คือประชาชนที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 16 ปีขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอบ้านลาด จังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน หมู่บ้านทดลอง และหมู่บ้านควบคุม มีจำนวนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 231 คน และ 205 คนตามลำดับ ในหมู่บ้านทดลองจัดให้บริการสุขภาพในคลินิกสุขภาพดี โดยใช้แนวคิดทางการตลาดที่เน้นการจัดบริการที่มีความแตกต่างจากบริการเดิม การตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ และการสร้างสัมพันธภาพหลังการบริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง บูรณาการเข้ากับแนวคิดการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ส่วนหมู่บ้านควบคุมได้รับบริการสุขภาพในรูปแบบปกติที่โรงพยาบาลบ้านลาดเคย ปฏิบัติคือ การตรวจรักษาเมื่อเจ็บป่วย ประเมินผลการวิจัยโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จากกลุ่มเป้าหมายของทั้งสองหมู่บ้าน จำนวนหมู่บ้านละ 50 คน แล้วสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินการเลือกขึ้นทะเบียนสถานพยาบาลประจำครอบครัว ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบไควสแควร์ (Chi-Square) ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 1. ความพึงพอใจในบริการด้านสุขภาพในกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับบริการสุขภาพในคลินิก สุขภาพดี สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับบริการสุขภาพในแบบปกติที่โรงพยาบาลบ้านลาดเคย ปฏิบัติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. การเลือกขึ้นทะเบียนโรงพยาบาลบ้านลาดเป็นสถานพยาบาลประจำครอบครัว ในกลุ่มทดลองมีอัตราการเลือกขึ้นทะเบียนโรงพยาบาลบ้านลาดเป็นสถานพยาบาล ประจำครอบครัวสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this post test - only design research was to study effects of health service in wellness clinic on service satisfaction and decision to register Banlad Hospital as family health center. Population of the study were people age 16 years and older. The multistage sampling was applied. Two villages with the target group of 231 and 205 were assigned as the experiment and the control group respectively. Services in the wellness clinic, which integrated marketing concepts emphasized on differentiation, responsiveness of service and reliability marketing with health promotion concepts were rendered to experiment group. The control group received curative focused service as traditional service rendered by Banlad Hospital. The target groups from both villages were randomly selected to evaluate the research outcomes. The service satisfaction evaluation form and decision to register Banlad as family health center form were administered via interview. The t-test and Chi-square statistics techniques were used .The results revealed that 1. The satisfaction score in the experiment group receiving health service in wellness clinic was significantly higher than the control group at the significant level of .01 2. The rate of decision to register Banlad as family health center in the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group at the significant level of .01.
