Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือ ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการสื่อ สารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้ สถานการณ์จำลอง และเปรียบเทียบสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ระหว่าง กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง กับนักศึกษาพยาบาลกลุ่มที่ ได้รับการสอนตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2544 ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลทหารอากาศ จำนวน 32 คน โดยการจับคู่จากคะแนนแบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพ เชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีคะแนนใกล้เคียงกัน แล้วสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยการจับฉลากเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 16 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 16 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์ จำลอง กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการสอนตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ โปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษา พยาบาล ค่าความเที่ยงของ แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม สัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาล เท่ากับ .93 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาลกลุ่มที่ได้รับ โปรแกรมฝึกทักษะ การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลองสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฝึก ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. สัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง ทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of research were to compare of the effect of helping relationship for elderly patients of nursing students before and after teaching by using interpersonal communication skill training program using simulation, and between nursing students who were taught by using interpersonal communication skill training program using simulation and those who were taught by regular teaching. The sample were 32 nursing students at The Royal Thai Air Force Nursing College, selected by matched pairs into one experimental group and one control group,16 each group. The research instruments were interpersonal communication skill training program using simulation technique, the questionnaire of helping relationship for elderly patients of nursing students and the observation instrument of helping relationship for elderly patients of nursing students were .93 and .82 respectively. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The major findings were as follows: 1. Helping relationship for elderly patients of nursing students after the experiment was significantly higher than before the experiment, at the .05 level. 2. Helping relationship for elderly patients of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, at the .05 level
