Abstract
ศึกษาการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยด้านนักศึกษา คุณลักษณะครูพี่เลี้ยง สภาพแวดล้อมทางคลินิก กับการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2, 3, 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 385 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะครูพี่เลี้ยง แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมทางคลินิก และแบบวัดการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของ นักศึกษาพยาบาล ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .86, .93, .89 และ .89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ร้อยละของคะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบ้ ความโด่ง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. นักศึกษาพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนการเรียนภาคปฎิบัติอย่างมีความสุขค่อนไปทางข้างน้อยกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย 2. ปัจจัยด้านนักศึกษาได้แก่ จำนวนปีที่ศึกษา ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะครูพี่เลี้ยง ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมทางคลินิก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 กับการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาล (r = .123, .474, .486 และ .598 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาล 3. ปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือสภาพแวดล้อมทางคลินิก ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และคุณลักษณะครูพี่เลี้ยง โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเรียนภาคปฏิบัติอย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 44.1 (R2 = .441) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Zy = .408*Z ENV + .221*Z ATTI + .191*Z PRE

Studies the happiness in clinical learning of nursing student and to determine the relationships between student factors, preceptorship characteristic, clinical environment and happiness in clinical learning of nursing student and to search for variables that would be able to predict the happiness in clinical learning of nursing student. The subjects consisted of 385 nursing students. Selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 4 sets of questionnaires developed by the researcher and were tested for content validity and the reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient were .86, .93, .89 and .89. The statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum score, skewness, kurtosis, Pearson's product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. Most of nursing students had happiness in clinical learning less than the mean score. 2. There were positively significant relationship between academic year, attitude toward nursing profession, preceptorship characteristic, clinical environment and happiness in clinical learning of nursing student at the .05 level (r = .123, .474, .486 and .598). There was no relationship between learning achievement and happiness in clinical learning of nursing student. 3. Factors that could significantly predict the happiness inclinical learning of nursing student were clinical environment, attitude toward nursing profession and preceptors characteristic at the .05 level. The predictors accounted for 44.1 percent (R2 = .441) of the variance. The predictor equation in standard score from the analysis was as follow: Zy = .408*Z ENV + .221*Z ATT + .191*Z PRE
