Abstract
ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการดำเนินการตามหน้าที่ ความสามารถและความมุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินกิจการ บริหารจัดการธุรกิจและการมองหาโอกาสใหม่ๆ โดยพร้อมที่จะรับความเสี่ยงเพื่อผลักดันให้องค์การประสบความสำเร็จ ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรแปรรูป เพื่อสร้างตัวชี้วัดในประเมินการความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อพัฒนาและทดสอบระบบการประเมินความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และ เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับและความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชยกรรมได้การยอมรับจากผู้บริโภคและมีความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชยกรรม วิธีการศึกษาผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ประกอบการเกษตรแปรรูปที่ประสบความสำเร็จ การสร้างแบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 340 ราย ทดสอบความเที่ยงและความน่าเชื่อถือของเครื่องมือและสร้างแบบจำลอง การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ พบว่า โมเดลของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการประกอบด้วย 4 ด้านคือ 1การมุ่งเน้นผู้ประกอบการ 2.การมุ่งเน้นการตลาดและการเรียนรู้ 3.การมุ่งเน้นดิจิทัลและกลยุทธองค์กร 4.การปรับตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 โดยมีตัวชี้วัดในการประเมิน ทั้งสิ้น 25 ตัว โดยได้มีการแบ่งกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการเกษตรแปรรูป เป็น 3 ระดับ กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการระดับที่ 1 ขาดความเป็นผู้ประกอบการในด้านการมุ่งเน้นดิจิทัลและกลยุทธ์และการปรับตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการระดับที่ 2 ขาดการปรับตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 และกลุ่มที่ 3 มีระดับความเป็นผู้ประกอบการทั้ง 4 มิติ ครบถ้วน โดยได้ทำการทดสอบการยอมรับโมเดล ตัวชี้วัด และเกณฑ์ต่างๆที่ใช้ในการประเมินกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 19 ราย พบว่า ตัวชี้วัดในระดับเหมาะสมมากมี 21 ตัวชี้วัด และ ในระดับเหมาะสม 4 ตัวชี้วัด การพัฒนาระบบประเมินผู้ประกอบการ มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1.การมองหานวัตกรรม 2.การกำหนดหัวข้อนวัตกรรม 3.การออกแบบนวัตกรรม 4.การพัฒนานวัตกรรม 5.การทดสอบและนำเข้าสู่ตลาด โดยมีการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ ภายใน/ภายนอก (86.67%,n=60) และการทดสอบกับอุตสาหกรรมอื่น (66.67%,n=15) การทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรมระบบประเมินความเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและ ขนาดย่อมในอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรแปรรูปด้านดิจิทัลและอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 (IEDI4.0) จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 30 ราย (ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 15 ราย และ ผู้ประกอบการ 15 ราย) มีความพึงพอใจในความง่ายและเหมาะสมการใช้งาน ความตั้งใจในการใช้งาน ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการใช้งาน การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจจริง มีการพิจารณาการดำเนินธุรกิจใน 3 กรณี สถานการณ์ที่ส่งผลเสีย (Worst case) สถานการณ์ปกติ (Base case) และสถานการณ์ส่งผลดี (Best case) ได้ผลเป็นที่น่าพอใจ ได้ผลตอบแทนมากกว่าความเสี่ยงและต้นทุน ถึงแม้ในกรณีที่แย่ที่สุด โครงการนี้สามารถดำเนินการและให้ผลตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้นได้อย่างน่าพอใจ ดังนั้นโครงการนี้เหมาะสำหรับในการลงทุน การนำระบบประเมินผู้ประกอบการไปใช้ ทำให้การส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการเกษตรแปรรูปเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไปในอนาคต

Entrepreneurship is an essential part of performing duties, ability and determination in business operation, managing business and looking for new opportunities by being ready to take risks to drive the organization's success. In this study, the researcher aims to study the factors of entrepreneurship that affects the performance of small and medium enterprises in the agricultural food processing industry. To create indicators for evaluating entrepreneurship. To develop and test an entrepreneurial assessment system and to study its commercial acceptance and feasibility. Methods of study through literature review. In-depth interviews with successful entrepreneurs and experts. Questionnaires were collected data from 340 entrepreneurs, with reliability test, and build a model from factor analysis and the multiple regression analysis found that the entrepreneurship model consists of 4 dimensions: 1. Entrepreneur orientation 2.Market and Learning Orientation 3.Digital Orientation and Organization Strategy and 4.Industries 4.0 Adaptability with a total of 25 assessment indicators. There are 3 levels of agriculture food processing entrepreneur's performance, level 1 entrepreneurs lack entrepreneurship in terms of Digital Orientation and Organization Strategy and adaptation to Industry 4.0. Level 2 entrepreneurs lack adaptation to Industry 4.0 and Level 3 has level of entrepreneurship in all 4 dimensions. By examining the acceptance of models, indicators and criteria used in the evaluation with 19 experts, it was found that the indicators were very suitable with 21 indicators and 4 at a suitable level. The process to develop the entrepreneurship evaluation system are as follows: 1. Sighting 2. Conceptual Construction 3. System and Architecture Design 4. Detail design and Development and 5. Product testing and commercialization. The performance was internal / external (86.67%, n = 60) and other industry tests. (66.67%, n = 15). Technology Acceptance Model testing for Innovative Evaluation of Digital and Industries 4.0 adaptability in Agriculture food precessing industry (IEDI4.0) with 30 samples (15 experts and 15 entrepreneurs) were satisfied with their ease and use. intention of use and benefits from use. A study of the feasibility of running a real business operations were considered in three cases, the worst case, the base case and the best case with satisfactory results by get a higher return than risk and cost even in the worst case The project has been able to perform and deliver satisfactory returns on shareholders. Therefore, this project is suitable for investment. Implementing an entrepreneurship evaluation system can make the promotion, support and development of the agriculture food processing industry to be more efficient in the future
