Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาโครงสร้างการบริหารงานวิชาการ ภารกิจการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านโครงสร้างในการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนกำหนดให้มีสายงานหลักและสายงานที่ปรึกษา ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีอำนาจสูงสุดในการบังคับบัญชา และมอบอำนาจหน้าที่ กำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ให้ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้าหมวด หัวหน้างาน และ ครู ลงไปตามลำดับ โรงเรียนได้ยึดนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาจากหน่วยเหนือ และ สภาพความต้องการจำเป็น ของโรงเรียนและชุมชน มีการกำหนดแผนปฏิบัติงานอย่างชัดเจน มีโครงการเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ ด้านภารกิจในการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีการกำหนดนโยบาย และวัตถุประสงค์ในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างสอดคล้องจุดมุ่งหมายหลักสูตร นำหลักสูตรมาใช้โดยตระหนักถึงความต้องการของนักเรียนสภาพสังคม และชุมชน ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนมุ่งให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ และกิจกรรมอิสระให้สามารถพัฒนาตนเองได้ โรงเรียนส่งเสริมให้ครูอบรมหาความรู้ในสาขาวิชาที่สอน มีการนิเทศในด้านการบริหารทั่วไป การนิเทศงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นให้มีการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนอย่างจริงจัง ให้มีการแสดงผลงานสื่อการสอนของครู โรงเรียนส่งเสริมให้ห้องสมุดเป็นศูนย์ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ในการแนะแนว โรงเรียนจัดหาข้อมูลสนเทศ และจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อช่วยให้นักเรียนมีข้อมูลสำหรับการตัดสินใจในการศึกษาต่อและการประกอบอาชีพให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านความประพฤติ สุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิต จัดหาทุนการศึกษาประเภทต่าง ๆ ให้กับนักเรียน ในการประเมินผลการเรียน โรงเรียนกำหนดแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานชัดเจน มีปฏิทินในการเตรียมงานการประเมินผลแจ้งให้ครูทราบ มีผู้ประสานงานเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานมีความเรียบร้อย ให้มีการวิเคราะห์ผลการปฏิบัติงานจากการวัดผลและการประเมินผลการเรียน สรุปผลแจ้งให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงพัฒนางานวิชาการต่อไปรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่นำเสนอ เน้นประเด็นการจัดโครงสร้างการบริหารที่ให้ได้รับการพัฒนาให้สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น มีคณะกรรมการและสายงานที่ปรึกษา ในส่วนภารกิจการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีจุดเน้นให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน จัดให้มีการสื่อการสอนและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษามากขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research were to study the administration structure the tasks of academic administration of the extra large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education Bangkok Metropolis, and to propose a model for academic administration in extra large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis. Findings of the study were as follows: According to the academic administrative structure there were line and staff, school administrators hold high authority, they deligated their authorities and functions and responsibilities for their academic assistant principals, heads of subject divisions, unit heads, and teachers, school policies were based upon educational policies, needs of schools and needs of communities, job operation were planned with serveral projects followed. According to the academic administrative tasks, policy and objective were set in accordance with the curriculum objective, the curriculum was manipulated with understanding of the needs of students, society and community Teaching process aimed at students. Students were to involve in academic and free activities. Teachers were encouraged to study more about the subjects they taught. Teachers were urged to use teaching aids earnestly. Teachers teaching aids were exhibited. Libraries were used as centres for studying and research. In guidance, informations and activities were private for students in order to help them to make decision for their further studies and their career development, Students could get consutations about their behave, physical and mental health. Scholarships for students were also provided. Students’ learning achievement were evaluated by way of well planning and effective coordination. The results were analysed and concluded for further academic development. The proposed academic administrative model indicated the fully developed academic administrative structure consisting of committees and staffs. According to the academic administrative task, the participative activities of students and the usage of technology were encouraged.
