Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกที่ตั้งอุตสาหกรรมและรูปแบบการกระจายตัวของอุตสาหกรรมในชุมชนเมืองกระทุ่มแบบ พื้นที่ศึกษานี้ เป็นชุมชนเมืองที่มีอาณาเขตติดต่อกับกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่เป็นแหล่งรองรับอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว จากการศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมในชุมชนเมืองเหล่านี้ได้จำแนกไว้เป็น 10 ประเภท พบว่าอุตสาหกรรมที่สำคัญ ๆ คือ อุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอ อุตสาหกรรมโลหะและผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ และอุตสาหกรรมยาง พลาสติก และหนังเทียม โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมส่วนใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลอ้อมน้อย (สุขาภิบาลอ้อมน้อย) บริเวณที่ตั้งจะอยู่ตามแนวเส้นทางถนนเพชรเกษม และถนนเศรษฐกิจ 1 ผลจากการสอบถามผู้ประกอบการโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยกำหนดเป็นปัจจัยจากทฤษฎีแนวความคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องไว้เป็น 7 ปัจจัย หลักที่เกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจเลือกที่ตั้งอุตสาหกรรมได้แก่ แรงงาน ที่ดิน ใกล้แหล่งตลาด ใกล้แหล่งวัตถุดิบ ความสะดวกในการขนส่ง ความพร้อมของโครงสร้างพื้นที่และการบริหารการจัดการ และบริการอื่น ๆ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุดใน 3 อันดับแรกคือ 1. ใกล้แหล่งตลาด 2. ความสะดวกในการขนส่ง 3. ใกล้แหล่งวัตถุดิบ อุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการอยู่ใกล้แหล่งตลาด คือ อุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอ อุตสาหกรรมโลหะและผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องไฟฟ้า และอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักร – เครื่องยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการอยู่ใกล้แหล่งวัตถุดิบคือ อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม แปรรูปผลิตผลทางการเกษตร อุตสาหกรรมเคมีและเคมีภัณฑ์ และอุตสาหกรรมวัสดุก่อสร้างและอโลหะ ซึ่งอุตสาหกรรมเหล่านี้ก็ต้องการความสะดวกในการขนส่งด้วย นอกจากนี้ จากความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมในชุมชนเมืองกระทุ่มแบน ผู้ศึกษาจึงได้นำมาพิจารณาเป็นข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม คือ การส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมที่มีบทบาทต่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของลุมลนที่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหามลภาวะ เช่น อุตสาหกรรมฟอกย้อม อุตสาหกรรมหลอมหล่อโลหะ ควรเร่งรัดให้ย้ายโรงงานเหล่านี้ไปอยู่ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมสมุทรสาคร

The purposes of this study are to find out the factors influencing the decision to industrial location and location pattern in Krathumban urban Industrial expansion in this area is becoming increasingly significant as many businesses require. The industries were divided into 10 types and they were found that textile and wearing products, metal & metal products, and rubbur & plastic in Tumbon Omnoi (Omnoi Sanitary). Their sites are along Petch-Kasem national highway and Setthakit 1 road. A Questionaire was prepared for business owners. It was based on theories, concepts and research about industrial location factors which the study revealed to seven major factors - labor force, land, market, raw material, availability of transportation, capacity of infrastructure and other business management concerns. The factors exerting the three greatest influence were found to be: 1. market factor 2. availability of transportation factor 3. raw material factor Market-oriented industries were textile & wearing products, matal & metal products, electrical machinery, and machinery. Marerial-oriented industries were food & bererage, chemical products, and non-metalic. All of them need an availability of transportation factor. Besieds, following to the opinion of business owners about Industrial location factors in Krathumban urban area, it was suggested to promote industries that effected economic and social development by preparing industrial-estate for small firms in this study area. On the other hand, some environment-impact industries should be moved to Samut Sakhon industrial estate.
