Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนอุตสาหกรรมในเขตพื้นที่ตอนล่างของจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาในปัจจุบัน ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมในเขตดังกล่าว และเสนอแนะแนวทางการใช้ที่ดินที่เหมาะสมเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในอนาคต โดยการออกแบบสอบถามและการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามประกอบการค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พื้นที่ตอนล่างของจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาเป็นบริเวณที่มีศักยภาพในการเป็นแหล่งที่ตั้งอุตสาหกรรม เนื่องจากมีปัจจัยที่เหมาะสมและดึงดูดการตั้งโรงงานหลายประการ จึงมีการขยายตัวของโรงงานเกิดขึ้นอย่างหนาแน่นในพื้นที่ ปัจจัยการเลือกที่ตั้งที่สำคัญมากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านการคมนาคม รองลงมาเป็นปัจจัยสาธารณูปโภคและปัจจัยแรงงานหาง่าย ในด้านรูปแบบที่ตั้งโรงงานในพื้นที่ศึกษาพบว่า มีลักษณะเป็นย่านอุตสาหกรรมริมน้ำ ย่านอุตสาหกรรมริมทางรถไฟ และย่านอุตสาหกรรมริมถนน และมีแบบแผนที่ตั้งทั้งในลักษณะการกระจุกตัว (Clustered Pattern) อยู่ในแหล่งวัตถุดิบ และการกระจายตัว (Dispersed Pattern) ไปตามเส้นทางคมนาคมสายสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า อำเภอบางประอิน อำเภอวังน้อย และอำเภออุทัย เป็นอำเภอที่มีแนวโน้มการขยายตัวของจำนวนโรงงานในขณะที่อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา และอำเภอบางไทร เป็นอำเภอที่มีแนวโน้มการลดลงของจำนวนโรงงาน ทั้งนี้ในด้านประเภทของโรงงานพบว่าอุตสาหกรรมบริการและอุสาหกรรมอื่นๆ จะมีจำนวนโรงงานเพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด การขยายตัวของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่หลายด้าน โดยมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจสังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมเกิดขึ้น ปัญหาที่มีต่อการใช้ที่ดินที่ติดตามมาจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพ ได้แก่ ปัญหาความขัดแย้งในการใช้ที่ดินที่มีผลต่อภาคเกษตรกรรม โบราณสถาน แหล่งท่องเที่ยว และชุมชน ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นปัญหาสาธารณูปโภค สาธารณูปการ ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นต้น ปัญหาเหล่านี้ มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องได้รับการแก้ไขโดยมาตรการต่างๆ ตลอดจนภารวางแผนพัฒนาการใช้ที่ดินประเภทอุตสาหกรรมที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อกิจกรรมอื่นน้อยที่สุด อันได้แก่ การกำหนดพื้นที่บริเวณที่ตั้งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่เหมาะสม การจำกัดหรือควบคุมประเภทอุตสาหกรรม และมาตรการอื่นๆ โดยมุ่งหวังให้การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสามารถเกิดขึ้นควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาภาคเกษตรกรรม และมีการอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งสภาพแวดล้อม แหล่งโบราณสถาน และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research are : to study the location patterns of the industries in the lower Ayutthaya Province, to study the factors influency their site selections and to recommend suitable land usage for future expansion of these industries. It is found that the lower Ayutthaya Province is a potential site for industries because there are several factors attractive them. As a result, there are many industries cluster in the area. The major factors influency industrial site selections are transportation, infrastructure, and available labor force. For location patterns, there are riverside industrial areas, industrial areas near the railway, and industrial area near major roads. These industries cluster near raw material sites or disperse along major transportation routes. There are tendencies for growth in Amphoe Bang Pain Pmphoe Wongnoi, and Amphoe Uthai while Amphoe Bangsai, and Amphoe Ayutthaya are declining industrial areas. Services and miscellaneous industries are the fastest growing types of industry. Industrial expansions have several effects on the area include physical, social and economic and environmental aspects. Major problems result from physical change include conflicts among landuse for agricultural, historical sites, tourist attraction and community development. These problems also lead to the problems of infrastructure developments and environment. These problems need strategies industrial landuse policy to minimize effects on other activities. These stateliest include : define suitable area for the industries, limit of controlling types of the industries and the other strategy aiming at developing agro-industries, conserve the environment, historical sites and tourist attraction.
