Abstract

พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ สถานศึกษาเอกชนที่เปิดสอนในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 308 โรงเรียน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย เพื่อคัดเลือกตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และระยะที่ 2 เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และคุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในด้านต่างๆ จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนทั่วประเทศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานใช้โปรแกรม SPSS และใช้โปรแกรม LISREL ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวเป็นตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 44 ตัว ซึ่งครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบหลัก 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร จำนวน 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จำนวน 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้รับบริการ จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศ จำนวน 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ จำนวน 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการจัดการเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ภายนอก จำนวน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และด้านการจัดการทางการเงิน จำนวน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. ตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 601.47, p = 0.91, df. = 649, GFI = 0.92, AGFI = 0.88, Standardized RMR = 0.039, RMSEA = 0.0) น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวบ่งชี้ทั้ง 44 ตัวมีค่าเป็นบวก ขนาดตั้งแต่ 0.34-0.83 โดยตัวบ่งชี้ที่มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุดคือ การเกื้อกูลพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกันในหมู่สมาชิก ส่วนค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบหลักคุณภาพการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชนทั้ง 8 ด้านมีค่าเป็นบวก ขนาดตั้งแต่ 0.67-1.00 โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้รับบริการ ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศ ด้านการจัดการทางการเงิน และด้านการจัดการเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ภายนอก ซึ่งมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 1.00, 0.95, 0.94, 0.93, 0.93, 0.92, 0.86, 0.67 ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To both develop the quality indicators of educational administration for excellence in private schools and investigate the goodness of fit of those proposed indicators to the empirical data. The study applied a multi-stage sampling method to draw three hundred and eight private schools responsible for the basic education from eight representative provinces. Data collection was divided into two phases; 1) the quality indicators of educational administration for excellence approved primarily by specialists through delphi technique and 2) the general characteristics of basic educational administrators, their private schools including the quality indicators of educational administration for excellence gathered from the private administrators equipped for basic education. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The program application of SPSS and LISREL contributed to the descriptive statistic and confirmatory factor analysis respectively. The study revealed that 1) Forty-four quality indicators of educational administration for excellence in private schools were statistically significant at .01 level. These indicators were grouped into 8 structural components which were leadership. strategic planning, human resource management, customer relationship management, information management, academic administration, external learning network management, and financial management. 2) The proposed quality indicators of educational administration for excellence in private schools fitted to the empirical data (Chi-square = 601.47, p = 0.91, d.f. = 649, GFI = 0.92, AGFI = 0.88, Standardized RMR = 0.039, RMSEA = 0.0. The factor loadings of 44 indicators were positive coupled with their varying sizes between 0.34-0.83. The mutual assistance among members as a subscale of external learning network management had the highest factor loading value among all indicators. The factor loading of each structural component of educational administration for excellence in private schools was positive, starting with the customer relationship management, the human resource management, the academic administration, the strategic planning, leadership, the information management, the financial management and the external learning network management, accounted for 1.00, 0.95, 0.94, 0.93, 0.93, 0.92, 0.86 and 0.67 respectively.
