Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อย่างร่วมมือ ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้แบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน เพื่อสร้างพฤติกรรมการสร้างความรู้ของนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบ และขั้นตอนของกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้งานกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เป็นเวลา 16 สัปดาห์ และขั้นตอนที่ 4 นำเสนอกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อย่างร่วมมือ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการสร้างความรู้ แบบประเมินผลงาน แบบบันทึกการทบทวนหลังการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม แบบบันทึกการสังเกตพฤติกรรม และแบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยที่เป็นเพื่อนร่วมเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ นิสิตนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จํานวน 25 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Shapiro-Wilk test และ t-test Dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของกระบวนการที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) บุคคล 2) สาระความรู้ 3) เครื่องมือคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อย่างร่วมมือ 4) การปรับเปลี่ยนและการจัดการพฤติกรรม และ 5) การประเมิน 2. ขั้นตอนของกระบวนการที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้น คือ 1) ขั้นแนะนำแนวทาง สร้างกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ 2) ขั้นกำหนดความรู้ นำไปสู่เป้าหมาย 3) ขั้นสืบเสาะแสวงหา เพื่อพัฒนาผลงาน 4) ขั้นพบปะแลกเปลี่ยน เพื่อนเรียนเพื่อนรู้ 5) ขั้นสร้างสรรค์เผยแพร่ ร่วมแก้ร่วมปรับ และ 6) ขั้นประเมินผลงาน ผสานความคิด 3. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสร้างความรู้หลังการทดลอง สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิเคราะห์คะแนนการประเมินผลงานของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมของผลงานที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างพัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to develop a knowledge sharing process using Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) based on a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) approach to enhance knowledge creation behaviors of graduate students. The research and development (R&D) process was divided into four phases: 1) study, analyze and synthesize related documents and interview the experts’ opinions concerning components and steps of knowledge sharing process 2) develop a prototype of knowledge sharing process 3) study the effects of the process for sixteen weeks and 4) propose the knowledge sharing process. The instruments used in this research consisted of a Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning application program, a knowledge creation behaviors check list form, a product evaluation form, an after action review form, a behavior observation form and an individual interview record form. Samples use in the peer-assisted group learners were 25 graduate students in Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. Quantitative statistics used in this study were frequency distributions, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Shapiro-Wilk test and t-test Dependent. The research findings indicated that: 1. The developed process composed of five components: 1) people 2) content 3) computer-supported collaborative tools 4) transition and behavior management and 5) evaluation. 2. The developed process composed of six steps: 1) orientation and group socialization 2) knowledge identification to reach goal 3) knowledge acquisition to develop product 4) knowledge sharing and peer meetings 5) knowledge creation and revision and 6) product evaluation and ideas integration. 3. There were significant differences between pretest and posttest knowledge-creation behaviors scores at the .05 level. The overall products developed by the samples were evaluated at a good level.
