Abstract
วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการควบคุมและวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของนิติบุคคลสำหรับกรมทะเบียนการค้า โดยกรมทะเบียนการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ มีหน้าที่ในการดูแล และอนุญาตให้ดำเนินธุรกิจของนิติบุคคลในรูปห้างหุ้นส่วนบริษัท ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ว่าด้วยทุนส่วนบริษัท การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วนคือ การศึกษาระบบนิติบุคคล การออกแบบฐานข้อมูล และการออกแบบระบบงาน สำหรับการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลใช้หลักการของแบบจำลองข้อมูลเชิงฅรรก และแบบจำลองข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ โดยมีฐานข้อมูลที่ออกแบบ 9 ระบบย่อย คือ ระบบตรวจและจองชื่อนิติบุคคล ระบบข้อมูลทะเบียนนิติบุคคล ระบบงานธุรกิจต่างด้าว ระบบงานงบการเงินของนิติบุคคล ระบบควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายทะเบียนนิติบุคคล ระบบค่าธรรมเนียม ระบบการออกเอกสารรับรอง ระบบงานผู้ถือหุ้น และระบบงานสถานภาพของนิติบุคคล ส่วนการออกแบบระบบงานได้ทำการออกแบบ ระบบนำข้อมูลเข้า การประมวลผล และการเสนอรายงานทั้งทางจอภาพ และทางเครื่องพิมพ์ นอกจากนี้ยังได้จัดทำโปรแกรมต้นแบบโดยใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ของ ออราเคิล บนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีหน่วยประมวลผลกลางเบอร์ 80386 หน่วยความจำ 8 เมกะไบต์ และ ความจุฮาร์ดดิสก์ 30 เมกะไบต์ จากผลการทดสอบโปรแกรมต้นแบบพบว่า ระบบที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นช่วยให้สามารถตรวจสอบ สืบค้น ข้อมูลการจดทะเบียน ประมวลผลข้อมูลนิติบุคคล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนิติบุคคลได้ตามจุดมุ่งหมาย
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this thesis is to design a database for controlling and analyzing the behavior of juristic persons for the Department of Commercial Registration. The Department of Commercial Registration, Ministry of Commerse has the function to supervise and issue permits for juristic persons for doing business according to the law. The research is divided into 3 parts as follows: study of the juristic persons, the design of the database, and the design of a complete system. To design the database, I proceeded according to logical data modeling and relational data modeling. The designed database has 9 subsystems as follows: System for checking and booking legal entity names, Legal entity registration information, Alien business activities system, Legal entity’s budget system, System to control the issuing of legal entity registrations, Registration fees system, System for generating reference documents, Shareholders’ system, and Legal entity’s status. In designing the complete system, three subsystems are designed, an input subsystem, a processing subsystem, and a report subsystem for terminal and printer. A prototype was also built using Oracle RDBMS on a 80386 machine with 8 megabyte RAM and 30 megabyte disk space. Test results show that the designed system is able to investigate juristic persons, search, process, and analyze juristic data.
