Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนปฏิกิริยาจริยธรรมของพยาบาลที่มีคะแนนวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์สูงและต่ำต่อการพยาบาลผู้ติดเชื้อเอดส์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลที่มีคะแนนวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์สูงจะมีคะแนนปฏิกิริยาจริยธรรมต่อการพยาบาลผู้ติดเชื้อเอดส์ สูงกว่าพยาบาลที่มีคะแนนวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับน้อยกว่า .01
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this thesis was to compare the difference of moral reaction between nurses with high and low emotional maturity in providing care to AIDS virus infected persons. The results showed that the moral reaction of the two groups was statistically different at the .01 significance level.
