Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบวัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล จำแนกเป็นรายลักษณะคือ ลักษณะสร้างสรรค์ ลักษณะตั้งรับ-เฉื่อยชา และลักษณะตั้งรับ-ก้าวร้าว และเปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล จำแนกตามสังกัดและสาขาวิชากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สถาบันการศึกษาจำนวน 41 แห่ง จำแนกเป็น 7 สังกัด คือ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย เอกชน กระทรวงกลาโหม กระทรวงมหาดไทย สภากาชาดไทย และกรุงเทพมหานคร มีอาจารย์พยาบาลทุกระดับเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลวัฒนธรรมองค์การของกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยใช้ข้อมูลวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่วิเคราะห์จากการสัมภาษณ์แนวลึก มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 14 คน แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และความตรงตามโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อคำถามโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และความเที่ยงโดยการหาสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของ ครอนบาค สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าเอฟ และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเซฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล พบว่า จำแนกตามรายลักษณะคือ ลักษณะสร้างสรรค์อยู่ในระดับมาก ลักษณะตั้งรับ-เฉื่อยชา และลักษณะตั้งรับ-ก้าวร้าว อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล ลักษณะสร้างสรรค์ของสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข แตกต่างจากสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ลักษณะตั้งรับ-เฉื่อยชา ของสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขแตกต่างจากสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย และสังกัดเอกชน ลักษณะตั้งรับ-ก้าวร้าว ของสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข แตกต่างจากสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย สังกัดเอกชน และสังกัดอื่น ๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลจำแนกตามสาขาวิชา โดยรวมในลักษณะสร้างสรรค์ ลักษณะตั้งรับ-เฉื่อยชา และลักษณะตั้งรับ-ก้าวร้าว ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to describe the organizational culture of nursing education institutions which had been classified into constructive styles, passive/defensive styles and aggressive/defensive styles, and to compare the organizational culture of nursing education institutions. classified into 5 departments and 7 jurisdiction. The evaluators in this study were 200 professional nurse instructors from 41 education institutions. A research instrument was organizational culture inventory which was developed by the researcher and tested for the construct validity and content validity, as well as interrater item correlation analysis and the reliability. The statistical techniques used in analyzsing collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Anova and Scheffe's method. The followings were major results of the study : 1. The organizational culture of nursing education institutions in the category of constructive styles were at the high level, whereas, the passive/defensive styles and aggressive/defensive styles were at the moderate level. 2. There were a statistically significant difference between the organizational culture of nursing education institutions in the category of constructive styles, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of University Affairs, in the category of passive/defensive styles and aggressive/defensive styles of the Ministry of Public Health the Ministry of University Affairs, and Private institutions, at the 0.5 level. 3. There were no significant difference between the organizational culture of different nursing departments in the category of constructive styles, passive/defensive styles and aggressive/defensive styles.
