Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ปรากฏว่าบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริง และบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการในทัศนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูวิชาการโรงเรียนมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The research results indicated that there is significant difference between and the expected roles of the assistant principal for academic affairs as perceived by the school principals, the assistant principal for academic affairs and school academic teachers.
