Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษา ระดับประกาศนียบัตร : วิชาชีพ สาขาศิลปหัตถกรรม ปี พ.ศ. 2536 ในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษา รการ ในเขตการศึกษา 6 ที่ออกกลางคัน ประชากร คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาศิลปหัตถกรรม ที่ออกกลางคันไปในปีการศึกษา 2536 จากวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขต การศึกษา 6 คือ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสิงห์บุรี วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสระบุรี และ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 46 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ โดยการหาค่าร้อยละและความถี่ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุ 4 ด้าน ที่นักศึกษาศิลปหัตถกรรม ระบุว่าเป็นสาเหตุการออกกลางคัน เรียงลำดับความสำคัญดังนี้ 1. ด้านตัวนักศึกษา สาเหตุที่สำคัญ คือ ความรู้พื้นฐานไม่เพียงพอ แบ่งเวลาไม่เหมาะสม และขาดการเรียนบ่อย 2. ด้านสถานศึกษา สาเหตุที่สำคัญ คือ วิทยาลัยเคร่งครัดเรื่องกฎระเบียบมากเกินไป ครูมีทัศนคติไม่ดีต่อนักศึกษา และครูสอนโดยใช้ภาษาที่เข้าใจยาก 3. ด้านครอบครัว สาเหตุที่สำคัญ คือ รายได้ไม่เพียงพอในการสนับสนุนการเรียน ผู้ปกครอง ไม่เอาใจใส่ต่อนักศึกษา และผู้ปกครองให้นักศึกษาช่วยงานครอบครัว 4. ด้านสังคม สาเหตุที่สำคัญ คือ มีความขัดแย้งกับเพื่อน ฐานะแตกต่างกัน และการดำเนินวิถีชีวิตแตกต่างกัน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research was to study the dropout causes of Arts and Crafts students at the certificate level in vocational colleges under the Jurisdiction of the Department of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Educational Region Six, B.E. 2536. The population use in this study was 46 Arts and Craft students at the certificate level in vocational colleges under the Jurisdiction of the Department of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Educational Region Six, B.E. 2536. The research instrument was a set of structured interviews. Data were analyzed by means of frequencies and percentages. The findings included four dropout causes of Arts and Crafts students : 1. Personal factors ; lack of the basic Art knowledge, poor use of time, and lack of attendance. 2. College factors ; the colleges strict rules, teacher bias toward students, and the technical terms used by the teachers were too difficult to understand. 3. Family factors ; lack of money to support the students study, lack of parental guidance, and conflicts with home duties. 4. Social factors ; conflicts with friends, differences in social strata, and conflicts in life style.
