Abstract

พัฒนาแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนระดับอนุบาล ที่มีคุณภาพเชื่อถือได้ เพื่อให้ครูใช้ในการบันทึกและรายงานผู้ปกครอง พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาคู่มือประกอบการใช้ โดยมีวิธีวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นพัฒนาแบบสังเกตซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยผู้วิจัย แล้วนำข้อมูลมาร่างเป็นแบบสังเกต และ 2) ขั้นหาคุณภาพของแบบสังเกตโดยให้ครูที่สอนนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลจำนวน 6 คน ทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนจำนวน 9 คน ประเมินแบบสังเกตโดยครูที่ทดลองใช้จำนวน 6 คน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจำนวน 9 คน แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลพร้อมคู่มือการใช้ มีลักษณะดังนี้ 1. มีความตรงตามเนื้อหา จากการตัดสินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2. มีความตรงตามสภาพ จากการเปรียบเทียบคำตอบระหว่างผลพฤติกรรมจากแบบสังเกตที่สร้าง กับผลพฤติกรรมจากสมุดบันทึกพฤติกรรมนักเรียนแต่ละคนฉบับเดิม 3. มีความเที่ยงของการสังเกตของตอนที่ 2 ตอนที่ 3 และตอนที่ 2 รวมกับตอนที่ 3 คือค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสอดคล้อง (r) เท่ากับ 0.89, 0.86 และ 0.87 ตามลำดับ 4. เมื่อให้ครูที่สอนนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลทดลองใช้ ปรากฏว่า ใช้ง่าย สะดวกในการใช้ ข้อกระทงแต่ละข้อมีรูปแบบพฤติกรรมที่ชัดเจน ตรงตามสภาพการณ์จริง ส่วนคู่มือมีคำชี้แจงชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย และสามารถนำแบบสังเกตไปใช้ได้กับนักเรียนทุกคน 5. เมื่อให้ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนดูพฤติกรรมจากแบบสังเกตปรากฏว่า ดูพฤติกรรมได้ละเอียด ชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย และผู้ปกครองทุกคนบอกว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop a behavior observation form for kindergarteners with manual to be used by teachers in communicating with student's parents. The methodology was divided into 2 parts : A development of behavior observation form using a qualitative approach ; and assessment of quality of the behavior observation form including the try-out of the form with 9 students by 6 teachers along with information obtained form interviews with the 6 teachers who had used the form and parents of the 9 students whom were observed. A behavior observation form developed for kindergarteners showed the following qualities : 1. It is content-valid according to the experts judgement. 2. It is concurrent-valid according to the comparison between the results obtained from the form and the information obtained from prior records of respectives students. 3. It is reliable in the 2nd part, 3rd part and 2nd and 3rd parts combined with r values being 0.89, 0.86 and 0.87 respectively. 4. The teachers felt that the behavior observation form was easy to use, practical ; the format was appropriate ; and the manual explanation was clear. 5. The parents felt that the behavior observation form was clear, easy to understand and the format was appropriate.
