Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการจัดค่ายพักแรมในสถาบันผลิตครูพลศึกษาในประเทศไทย โดยใช้เทคนิควิธีวิจัยแบบ EDFR ได้คัดเลือกผู้เชี่ยวชาญแบบเจาะจงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดค่ายพักแรม ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 20 ท่าน ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ ด้วยตนเองในรอบแรก และใช้แบบสอบถามที่เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ในรอบที่ 2 และรอบที่ 3 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสอบถามโดยการหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ โดยกำหนดว่าข้อความที่นำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการจัดค่ายพักแรม ต้องมีค่ามัธยฐานเท่ากับหรือมากกว่า 3.50 และมีค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ เท่ากับหรือน้อยกว่า 1.50 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนของการจัดค่ายพักแรม 150 ข้อ จากจำนวนข้อคำถามทั้งสิ้น 164 ข้อ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.46 2. ขั้นตอนในภาพรวมของการจัดค่ายพักแรมในสถาบันผลิตครูพลศึกษาในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การเตรียมการก่อนการจัดค่ายพักแรม ประกอบด้วย การเตรียมการด้านเอกสาร สถานที่ บุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ กิจกรรม งบประมาณ พาหนะ และการรักษาความปลอดภัย (2) การดำเนินการระหว่างการอยู่ค่ายพักแรม ประกอบด้วย ระยะเวลาการอยู่ค่าย พิธีเปิด การสร้างค่ายและสุขาภิบาลในค่าย กิจกรรมประจำวัน กิจกรรมในค่าย กิจกรรมนอกค่าย การประเมินผลกิจกรรม การประเมินผลการจัดค่ายและพิธีเปิด (3) การกำกับติดตามหลังการอยู่ค่ายพักแรม ประกอบด้วยการติดตามผลระยะสั้น (ก่อนจบการศึกษา) และการติดตามผลระยะยาว (หลังจบการศึกษา) (4) กระบวนการพัฒนาการจัดค่ายพักแรม ประกอบด้วยการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์อุปสรรคปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข การเผยแพร่ผลงาน การประชุมระหว่างสถาบันและการพัฒนาการจัดค่ายพักแรม 3. ขั้นตอนต่างๆ ดังกล่าวได้รับการตรวจสอบและรับรองผล โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการจัดค่ายพักแรม จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผลการตรวจสอบและรับรองผล อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก โดยมีค่ามัธยฐานเท่ากับ 5.00 และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เท่ากับ 0.05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the framework of organizing camping management in physical education institutions in Thailand by using the EDFR technique. The population was twenty experts in camping management purposively selected from both government and private sectors. The data were collected by interviewing in the first round. The questionnaires were utilized five point scale rating in the second and the third round. The median and the interquartile range were used to analyze the data. Findings were considered when the median value was equal to or more than 3.50 and the interquartile range was equal to or less than 1.50. The final findings included: 1. Expert's concensus was obtained for 150 of the original 164 items or 91.46%. 2. The framework of camping management in physical education institutions in Thailand consisted of four stages: (1) Preparation before camp management stage included papers, places, personnel, equipment, activities, budget, transportation and security preparation, (2) Organization during conducting camp stage consisted of duration for camping, opening ceremony, building camp site and public health, activities for each day, intramural camp activities, external camp activities, evaluation for camp management and closing ceremony, (3) Direction after camping stage included short-range follow-up (before graduation), long-range follow-up (after graduation), and (4) a process of development for camp management consisted of collecting information, analysing obstacles and way for improving, distribution for work, conference between institutions and development for camp management. 3. The framework was approved by five specialists who specialized in camp management. Their evaluation was at the excellent level which had the median of 5.00 and the interquartile range were 0.50.
