Abstract

ศึกษาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบศึกษาเอกสารและแบบสังเกตเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้บริหารมีการบริหารงานทั้ง 6 งาน ดังนี้ 1. งานวิชาการ บริหารงานโดย ใช้หลักสูตรแกนกลาง และพัฒนาหลักสูตรได้สอดคล้องกับนักเรียนและท้องถิ่น ส่งเสริมให้ครูเตรียมการสอน และจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแผนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จัดหาแหล่งความรู้และสื่อที่มีคุณภาพ ดำเนินการวัดผลตามระเบียบและนำผลไปใช้พัฒนาการเรียนการสอน จัดห้องสมุดเพื่อให้ครูได้ค้นคว้าดำเนินการนิเทศภายในอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จัดส่งบุคลากรเข้ารับการอบรมและนำผลมาพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน 2. งานกิจการนักเรียน บริหารงานโดย มีการรับนักเรียนและสนับสนุนให้ได้เรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จัดบริการอาหารกลางวัน บริการสุขภาพ แนะแนว ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนขาดแคลน จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการสอน และจัดทำข้อมูลนักเรียนที่จบแล้ว 3. งานบุคลากร บริหารงานโดย การจัดบุคลากรเข้าปฏิบัติงานได้ครบตามภารกิจ พัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ เจตคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน ดำเนินการรักษาวินัย และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร เพื่อเลื่อนขั้นเงินเดือนประจำปี 4. งานธุรการ การเงินและการพัสดุ บริหารงานโดยดำเนินการได้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบเป็นปัจจุบัน เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน 5. งานอาคารสถานที่ บริหารงานโดย มีการวางแผนการจัดสร้าง รื้อถอน การใช้ และการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ได้อย่างเหมาะสม เอื้อต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและชุมชน มีระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัย และมีการประเมินผลเพื่อปรับปรุงงาน 6. งานความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน บริหารงานโดย ได้ประชาสัมพันธ์ ให้บริการแก่ชุมชนและให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาโรงเรียน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the administration in certified elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Prachin Buri Provincial Primary Education. The research instruments were structured interview form, document, and observation tool. Data were collected and analized by frequency, percentage and content analysis. Research findings were that the school administrator administered all the six administrative tasks as follows: 1. According to the acadamic administration, national curriculum was used and developed in congruence with the students and local community. Teachers were encouraged and facilitated to prepare for their teaching. Resources for knowledge and effective media were provided. Students evaluation were constructed and their results were used for teaching development. Libraries were established for teachers and students. The supervision programs were also managed continuously. 2. According to the student personnel administration, student admissions were administered. School lunch programs, health programs, and counseling and guidance programs were provided. Poor students were helped. Activities for assisting teaching were provided. Information about students who were graduated from the schools was installed. 3. According to the personnel administration, personnel were administered in accordance with their work ability. Experience, knowledge, work attitude, and discipline were developed. The yearly job evaluations were also manipulated. 4. According to the business and finance administration, they were administered according to the regulations, up to date, and support the teaching and learning activities. 5. According to the school plant administration, there were plans for school plants construction. Buildings and surroundings were maintained and provided for community usage. Security system was provided. Job evaluations were also managed for development. 6. According to the school-community relation administration, public relations were provided. Community was encouraged to involve in school development.
