Abstract

ปัจจุบันความต้องการใช้ที่เพิ่มขึ้นของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในองค์กรโดยทั่วไป ทำให้มีการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ คอมพิวเตอร์รุ่นใหม่ ๆ ออกมาสู่ตลาดอย่างรวดเร็ว จึงเกิดความจำเป็นในการจัดเก็บชิ้นส่วนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มากขึ้น ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่อการจัดการคลังชิ้นส่วน เช่นการสั่งซื้อ การรับและการจัดเก็บ การเบิก การคืน การจัดส่ง วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ได้ศึกษาการจัดการคลังชิ้นส่วนของบริษัทคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย การศึกษาได้เสนอ แนวทางการปรับปรุงการจัดการคลังชิ้นส่วนโดยเลือกชิ้นส่วนของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ 5 ประเภท เพื่อแสดงการลดค่าใช้จ่ายของระบบคลังชิ้นส่วนโดยการใช้ระบบปริมาณสั่งซื้อแบบปริมาณสั่งซื้อคงที่ มีผลทำให้สามารถลดการขาดแคลนชิ้นส่วนโดยเฉลี่ยจาก 39 ชิ้นต่อเดือน เหลือ 10 ชิ้นต่อเดือน และมีค่าใช้จ่ายลดลง 446,954.4 บาทต่อปี นอกจากนี้การปรับปรุงระบบการรับและการจัดเก็บ การเบิก และการคืน เป็นผลให้ลดความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลจำนวนชิ้นส่วนที่แสดงในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และลดเวลา รอคอยการเบิกอะไหล่โดยเฉลี่ยจากเดิม 48.3 นาทีต่อครั้ง เป็น 19.4 นาทีต่อครั้ง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

At present, increasing uses of computer in business results in rapid production of new released models and the need to keep more spare parts is becoming important. This creates problems in spare parts inventory management such as ordering, receiving | storing ,acquiring | returning and delivering spare parts. This thesis studies the computer spare part inventory management problem for a computer company in Thailand. The solutions are proposed for improving the inventory management of spare parts of 5 computer models to illustrate the cost reduction of inventory cost by fixed order quantity which results in reducing the shortage level on average from 39 pieces per month to 10 pieces per month and decreasing operating cost by 446,954.4 Baht annually. Moreover, the improvement of inventory management such as receiving | storing and returning reduce the stock on hand data error in computer system and also reduce the average waiting time for acquiring spare parts from 48.3 minutes to 19.4 minutes per acquisition.
