Abstract

ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ "การบริหารคุณภาพโดยองค์รวม" ของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีทั้งสิ้น 270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ความแตกต่างแบบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSSx ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเปิดรับสารเกี่ยวกับ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรู้เกี่ยวกับ TQM 2. การเปิดรับสารเกี่ยวกับ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติต่อ TQM 3. การเปิดรับสารเกี่ยวกับ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM 4. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM 5. ทัศนคติต่อ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM 6. ลักษณะของ TQM มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM 7. เพศและกลุ่มงานแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อัตราเงินเดือน อายุการทำงาน และระยเวลาในการปฏิบัติ TQM แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM ไม่แตกต่างกัน 8. เมื่อใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ทัศนคติต่อ TQM ลักษณะของ TQM และความรู้เกี่ยวกับ TQM สามารถอธิบายความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติ TQM ได้ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To investigate the correlation between media exposure, knowledge, attitude toward and satisfaction with total quality management of the personnel of Chao Phya Abhai Bhu Bejhr Hospital. Questionnaires were used to collect data from a total of 270 samples. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were employed for the analysis of the data. SPSS program was for data processing. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Exposure to information about TQM positively correlated with the knowledge of TQM. 2. Exposure to information about TQM positively correlated with the attitude toward TQM. 3. Exposure to information about TQM positively correlated with the satisfaction with TQM. 4. The knowledge of TQM positively correlated with the satisfaction with TQM. 5. The attitude toward TQM positively correlated with the satisfaction with TQM. 6. The attributes of TQM positively correlated with the satisfaction with TQM. 7. Difference in sex and groups of job were different in the satisfaction with TQM. Difference in age, marital status, education level, salary level, years of service and the length of TQM practicing were not different in the satisfaction with TQM. 8. When multiple regression analysis was employed, it was found that attitude toward TQM, attributes of TQM and knowledge of TQM were three variables which could explain the satisfaction with TQM respectively.
