Abstract

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ ศึกษาถึงผลกระทบของการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรในโซ่อุปทานที่มีต่อกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อและผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินของธุรกิจอันประกอบไปด้วย องค์กรในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจสิ่งพิมพ์ ธุรกิจการผลิตเครื่องเรือนและธุรกิจการผลิตเครื่องแต่งกายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและการใช้ฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ ในการวิเคราะห์จะใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีตารางแสดงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนอกจากนี้ยังใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแปรกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ และตัวแปรการสื่อสารระหว่าองค์กรในโซ่อุปทานนั้นมีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรผลการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดซื้อ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ตัวแปรการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรในโซ่อุปทานและตัวแปรผลการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดซื้อนั้นมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงิน อย่างไรก็ตามตัวแปรกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงิน ซึ่งอาจจะเนื่องมาจากช่วงระยะเวลาที่ทำการเก็บข้อมูลนั้น มีปัญหาเศรษฐกิจซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินขององค์กรค่อนข้างมาก นอกจากนี้เมื่อได้ทำการศึกษาแยกตามอุตสาหกรรมย่อย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างในธุรกิจการผลิตเครื่องเรือนและธุรกิจการผลิตเครื่องแต่งกายนั้น ตัวแปรกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อกลับมีผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินขององค์กร การวางกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งพิมพ์นั้น อาจจะไม่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินมากนัก ดังนั้น องค์กรในธุรกิจภาคอุตสาหกรรมควรจะมีการวางกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ และส่งเสริมการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ผ่านการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เพื่อให้มีผลการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดซื้อและด้านการเงินที่ดีขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to study the effect of communication in supply chain with the focus on purchasing strategy and financial performance of industrial business sector in Bangkok. The studied populations are printing business, furniture business, and apparel business. The research tools are questionnaire and online database. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation and Pearson Correlation. The study indicates that there is a relationship among purchasing strategy, communication in supply chain and purchasing performance. Moreover, there is a relationship among communication in supply chain, purchasing performance, and financial performance. However, there isn’t any relationship between purchasing strategy and financial performance which might be because of business crisis during the data collection period. So the studies investigate relationship among purchasing strategy and financial performance of each sub-industry. The result shows that there is a relationship among purchasing strategy and financial performance in furniture and apparel business. But there isn’t a relationship among purchasing strategy and financial performance in printing business. So it can be concluded that purchasing strategy isn’t important for printing business. From the result, the firms in industrial business sector should run business with purchasing strategy and communication in supply chain in order to create better purchasing performance and financial performance.
