Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์แบบสอบสัมฤทธิผลวิชาการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ซึ่งคณาจารย์ผู้สอนเป็นผู้สร้างขึ้นใช้สอบนักศึกษาผดุงครรภ์ รุ่น 2 ปีการศึกษา 2517 จำนวน 95 คน ข้อสอบมีจำนวน 200 ข้อ เป็นแบบเลือกตอบชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก ใช้เวลาในการสอบ 3 ชั่วโมง การวิเคราะห์ข้อของแบบสอบใช้กระดาษคำตอบทั้งหมด ใช้เทคนิคแบ่งกลุ่มสูงกลุ่มต่ำร้อยละ 50 และเทคนิคแบ่งกลุ่มสูงกลุ่มต่ำร้อยละ 27 คำนวณหาระดับความยากและอำนาจจำแนก สัมประสิทธิ์แห่งความเที่ยง สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ค่าระดับความยากอยู่ระหว่างร้อยละ 10 ถึงร้อยละ 100 อำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง -.19 ถึง .55 เมื่อใช้กระดาษคำตอบทั้งหมดทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อ ค่าระดับความยากอยู่ระหว่างร้อยละ 10 ถึงร้อยละ 100 อำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง -.15 ถึง .49 เมื่อใช้เทคนิคแบ่งกลุ่มสูงกลุ่มต่ำร้อยละ 50 ค่าระดับความยากอยู่ระหว่างร้อยละ 7 ถึงร้อยละ 100 อำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง -.30 ถึง .76 เมื่อใช้เทคนิคแบ่งกลุ่มสูงกลุ่มต่ำร้อยละ 27 มีข้อสอบที่อยู่ในเกณฑ์สมควรเก็บไว้ใช้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.5 ,22 และ 32 ตามลำดับ ตัวเลือกส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 2. ความเที่ยงชนิดความสอดคล้องภายในของแบบสอบ โดยใช้สูตรของ คูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน ที่ 20 มีค่าเท่ากับ .8390 สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนสอบวิชาการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์กับคะแนนเฉลี่ยภาคปฏิบัติตลอดหลักสูตร โดยใช้สูตรของเพียร์สัน มีค่าเท่ากับ .4357 มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 3. ข้อสอบส่วนใหญ่มีเนื้อหาตรงกับตารางวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรที่หัวหน้าภาควิชาการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์นรีเวชวิทยาให้น้ำหนักไว้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to analyse the teacher – made test in Obstetric Nursing, Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University. The 200 multiple-choice test items were administered to 95 midwife students in 3 hours. The items were analyzed by using the total answer sheets, high-low 50 % and high-low 27% of the group. The findings were as follows: 1. The difficulty level range from 10% to 100%, the discrimination power range from -.19 to .55 by using the total answer sheets. The difficulty level range from 10% to 100%, the discrimination power range from -.15 to .49 by using high -low 50% of the group. The difficulty level range from 7% to 100%, the discrimination power range from -.30 to .76 by using high -low 27%of the group. There were 27.5%, 22% and 32% of total items which were acceptable by both difficulty level and discrimination power standards, and most of all of the choices were not acceptable by both difficulty level and discrimination power standards. 2. The internal consistency reliability of the test using Kuder-Richardson Formula 20 was .8390. The correlation coefficient between Obstetric Nursing scores and grade point everages in practice, using Pearson’s Product Moment was .4357 and also significant at the .01 level.3. Most of the test items, the content were on the same line as the specification of test.
