Abstract
การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในเขตอำเภอหนองปรือ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวแบบวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา และแบบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติตนของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .86 และแบบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติตนของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท มีค่าความเที่ยง KR-20 เท่ากับ .82 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที (paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ดีกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this study was to compare medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenia patients in community before and after received family psychoedcation program. The sample were 20 schizophrenia patients in community, Nongprue District, Kanchanaburi Province who met the inclusion criteria. The instruments consisted of family psychocdcation program, medication adherence scale and knowledge of schizophrenia patients scale. All instruments were validated for content validity by 3 professional experts. Chronbach Alpha coefficient reliability of medication adherence scale was .86. The reliability of knowledge of schizophrenia patients scale was reported by KR-20 as of .82. The study data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. The major finding was as follows: Medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenia patients in community after received family psychoedcation program was significantly better than before using such program at the .05 level.
