Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน และ 3) ประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 273 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน ที่มีรูปแบบข้อรายการประเมินเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมิน ได้แก่ การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC และ CVI) การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีการประมาณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. แบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน มีรูปแบบข้อรายการประเมินด้วยมาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ ครอบคลุมเกณฑ์คุณภาพ 7 องค์ประกอบ จำนวน 17 ประเด็นการประเมิน รวม 150 ข้อ 2. คุณภาพของแบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน พบว่า มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (ค่าดัชนี IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60 ถึง 1.00 และค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.980) ด้านความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง โมเดลการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชนมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square = 78.43, df = 67, p = .160, GFI = .97, AGFI = .93, SRMR = .025, RMSEA = .025) และด้านความเที่ยง ค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.982 และค่าความเที่ยงแต่ละองค์ประกอบอยู่ระหว่าง 0.827 ถึง 0.962 ด้านความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้แบบประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สร้างขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก ในมาตรฐานด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ มาตรฐานด้านความเป็นไปได้ มาตรฐานด้านความเหมาะสม และมาตรฐานด้านความถูกต้อง 3. ผลการประเมินการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชนเมื่อเทียบกับเกณฑ์การประเมิน พบว่า โรงเรียนที่เป็นตัวอย่าง มีการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมีความเป็นเลิศจำนวน 195 แห่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.40 ระดับผ่านมาตรฐาน จำนวน 74 แห่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.10 และระดับไม่ผ่านมาตรฐาน จำนวน 4 แห่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.50 สำหรับการประเมินภาคสนาม พบว่า โรงเรียนที่เป็นตัวอย่างภาคสนามมีการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับที่เป็นเลิศจำนวน 9 แห่ง และระดับผ่านมาตรฐาน จำนวน 3 แห่ง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools, 2) to validate the quality of evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools, and 3) to assess excellence management of private schools with the evaluation from. The samples used in this research were 273 private schools in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The research instruments were the evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools, checklist and rating scale form, which was 4 levels. The data were analyzed by using index of validity item-objective congruence: IOC, content validity index: CVI, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient). The research results were as follow: 1) Evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools in checklist and 4 levels rating scale form, involve 7 quality criteria in 17 aspects, 150 items. 2) The validation of the evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools found that content validity (IOC index of 0.60 to 1.00 and CVI index of 0.980), construct validity: the excellence management for private schools model is consistently fitted to the empirical data (chi-square = 78.43, df = 67, p = .160, GFI = .97, AGFI = .93, SRMR = .025, RMSEA = .025), and the reliability of the evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools was of at 0.982 (reliability of each factors ranged from 0.827 to 0.962). The users’ opinion on the evaluation form for assessing excellence management for private schools was high in every regard, including utility, feasibility, propriety, and accuracy standard. 3) The analysis of excellence management into three levels: level 1 (do not meet standard) there were 4 schools from the samples, level 2 (met standard) there were 74 schools from the samples and 3 schools from the field study, and level 3 (excellence performance) there were 195 schools from the samples and 9 schools from the field study.
