Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบบรรยาย ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารหรือครู โรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน รวมทั้งสิ้น 212 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และใช้ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 4.358, SD = 0.549) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( X =4.589, SD = 0.509) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการประเมินพัฒนาการมีความต้องการจำมากที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.058) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ( PNImodified = 0.056) ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.054) และด้านการจัดประสบการณ์มีความต้องการจำเป็นน้อยที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.044) ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาตามแนวคิดทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย รายข้อย่อยที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดเหมือนกันทั้ง 4 ด้านคือทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัยทักษะด้านความปลอดภัย 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย มีทั้งสิ้น 4 แนวทางหลัก 8 แนวทางย่อย และ 16 วิธีดำเนินการ ซึ่งเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นดังนี้ แนวทางหลักที่ 1 พัฒนาเครื่องมือในการวัดประเมินพัฒนาการของผู้เรียนที่เน้นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย ทักษะด้านการช่วยงานบ้าน แนวทางหลักที่ 2 พัฒนาหลักสูตรวิธีประเมินพัฒนาการที่เน้นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัย ทักษะด้านการช่วยงานบ้าน แนวทางหลักที่ 3 จัดสภาพแวดล้อม สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายนอกที่เน้นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัยทักษะด้านการช่วยงานบ้าน และแนวทางหลักที่ 4 จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการดูแลตนเองของเด็กปฐมวัยทักษะด้านการช่วยงานบ้าน

This research aims to 1) Study current conditions desirable conditions and needs of Academic Administrative Development of Private Kindergartens in Bangkok 2) To develop academic management guidelines of Private Kindergartens in Bangkok Based on The Concept of Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children Descriptive Method Research was used. The population in the research was Private Kindergarten in Bangkok Under the Office of the Private Education Commission By purposive sampling, the informants were administrator or teacher Private Kindergarten in Bangkok There were 212 students under the Office of the Private Education Commission. The research tools were questionnaires and appropriateness and feasibility assessment forms. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis and needed index values were used (PNImodified ) to prioritize needs the results of the research found that, 1) The current state of academic administration of Private Kindergartens in Bangkok Based on the Concept of Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children the overall desirable condition was at the high level (X = 4.358, SD = 0.549) and the overall desirable condition was at the highest level (X = 4.589, SD = 0.509) It was found that developmental assessment was the most needed (PNImodified = 0.058), followed by curriculum development (PNImodified = 0.056) Media and learning resources (PNImodified = 0.054) and experience management were the least needed (PNImodified = 0.044), respectively,The sub-items that have the same highest needs in all 4 aspects are Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children safety skills. 2) Academic Administration Development Guidelines for Private Kindergartens in Bangkok Based on the Concept of Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children, there are a total of 4 main approaches, 8 sub-appraisals, and 16 action methods. The order of needs is as follows: Method 1 Develop a tool to measure and assess the development of learners that focuses on Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children Skills for helping with household chores. Method 2: Develop a developmental assessment method curriculum that focuses on Self-Care Skills of early childhood children. Skills for helping with housework. Approach 3 Organize the environment. Media and external learning resources that focus on Self-Care Skills of early childhood children, housework skills, and approach 4 organize teaching and learning activities that are suitable for learning to develop Self-Care Skills of Early Childhood Children in helping with housework.
