Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะ (2) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบ คุณภาพของลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (3) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบ คุณภาพของแบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และ (4) สร้างเกณฑ์ปกติของคะแนนความฉลาดรู้ ทางสุขภาวะสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนสังกัดสานักงาน คณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จานวน 740 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสารวจประเด็นความสนใจด้านสุขภาพสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดความ ฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และแบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะสาหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) องค์ประกอบของความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การเข้าถึง ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ความเข้าใจข้อมูลสุขภาพ การตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ และการสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ (2) องค์ประกอบลักษณะเฉพาะ ของแบบวัดฯ ประกอบด้วย วัตถุประสงค์ของการทดสอบ ขอบเขตของแบบทดสอบ โครงสร้างและรูปแบบของแบบทดสอบ ลักษณะเฉพาะของข้อสอบ เกณฑ์การประเมินผล และตัวอย่างแบบวัด มีการพัฒนาแบบสารวจประเด็นความสนใจด้านสุขภาพ เพื่อ พัฒนาโครงสร้างลักษณะเฉพาะและตัวอย่างลักษณะเฉพาะของข้อคาถาม คุณภาพของลักษณะเฉพาะฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี มาก (M = 4.30, SD = 0.59) (3) แบบวัดฯ เป็นแบบเลือกตอบ จานวน 39 ข้อ มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC ตั้งแต่ 0.50 ขึ้นไป คิด เป็นร้อยละ 97.44) มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (chi-square = 62.338, df = 58, p = 0.325, GFI = 0.987, AGFI = 0.980, RMSEA = 0.010) มีข้อคาถามที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 89.74 และความเที่ยงในระดับสูง (α = 0.721) (4) เกณฑ์ปกติระดับชาติของคะแนน ความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาวะโดยรวมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T18 ถึง T82 (P.07 – P99.93) เมื่อพิจารณา รายองค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพ มีช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T17 ถึง T71 (P.47 – P98.18) องค์ประกอบ ด้านความเข้าใจข้อมูลสุขภาพ มีช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T19 ถึง T79 (P1.01 – P99.80) องค์ประกอบด้านการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ มี ช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T15 ถึง T82 (P.20 – P99.93) และองค์ประกอบด้านการสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ มีช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T28 ถึง T80 (P1.55 – P99.86)
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This research aims to ( 1) synthesize components of health literacy, ( 2) develop and validate the quality of the test item specifications of health literacy test for lower secondary school students, ( 3) develop and validate the quality of health literacy test for lower secondary school students, and ( 4) Create a norm of health literacy score of lower secondary school students. The samples consisted of 740 lower secondary school students using multi-stage random sampling. The research instruments were the health interest survey, the test item specifications of health literacy test, and the health literacy test. The research findings were described as follows. ( 1) There were four components of the health literacy including health information accessibility, health information understanding, health decisions, and health information communication. (2) Components of the test item specifications of health literacy test consisted of objectives of testing, test scope, test structure and format, item specifications, evaluation criteria, and test samples. Quality of the overall test item specifications of health literacy test was very good ( M = 4. 30, SD = 0. 59) . ( 3) The health literacy test for lower secondary school students is a multiple- choice of 39 questions. Quality of the test consisted of content validity ( IOC is between 0. 60- 1. 00 accounted for 97. 44% ) , construct validity (chi-square = 62.338, df = 58, p = 0.325, GFI = 0.987, AGFI = 0.980, RMSEA = 0.010), the item that passed the criteria at 89.74%, and reliability was at a high level (α = 0.721). (4) National norm of overall health literacy score of lower secondary school students was normalized T- score ranged from T18 to T82 (P. 07 – P99. 93). When considering each component, the health information accessibility component was normalized T- score ranged from T17 to T71 (P.47 – P98.18), the health information understanding component was normalized T-score ranged from T19 to T79 (P1. 01 – P99. 80), the health decisions component was normalized T- score ranged from T15 to T82 (P.20 – P99.93), and the health information communication component was normalized T-score ranged from T28 to T80 (P1.55 – P99.86).
