Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ลักษณะข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาครูตามองค์ประกอบทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 2) เพื่อออกแบบ และพัฒนาโปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่ายด้านทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักศึกษาครูด้านทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจากการใช้โปรไฟล์ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์ลักษณะข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ การเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรก เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาครู ครูพี่เลี้ยง อาจารย์นิเทศก์ และอาจารย์ในโรงเรียน จำนวน 245 คน โดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม และกลุ่มที่สอง เก็บข้อมูลจากอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง และอาจารย์นิเทศก์ จำนวน 9 คน โดยการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 2 การออกแบบโปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่ายนักศึกษาครู และระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้โปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่าย ตัวอย่างวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาครู ครูพี่เลี้ยง อาจารย์นิเทศก์ และอาจารย์ในโรงเรียน จำนวนรวม 36 คน ในระยะที่ 2 และ 3 ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ลักษณะข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาครู มี 10 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการวางแผนและการเตรียมการ 2) ด้านเนื้อหาสาระ 3) ด้านวิธีสอน 4) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลผู้เรียน 5) ด้านทักษะการตั้งคำถาม 6) ด้านการจัดการชั้นเรียน 7) ด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการสอน 8) ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับโรงเรียนและชุมชน 9) ด้านการปฏิบัติตน และ 10) ด้านวิจัยในชั้นเรียน โดยข้อมูลในส่วนนี้นำมาใช้ในการออกแบบและกำหนดข้อคำถามภายในโปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่าย 2. โปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่ายที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชันการทำงานหลัก 4 ฟังก์ชัน ได้แก่ 1) ฟังก์ชันระบบหลัก 2) ฟังก์ชันผู้ถูกประเมิน 3) ฟังก์ชันผู้ประเมิน และ 4) ฟังก์ชันผู้ดูแลระบบ มีองค์ประกอบด้านทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 10 ด้าน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินเห็นว่าโปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่ายมีความเหมาะสมต่อการนำไปใช้งาน 3. ผลการใช้โปรไฟล์แบบเครือข่ายสำหรับการนิเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาครูมีคะแนนทักษะการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้นหลังจากการใช้งาน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The research aimed to: 1) analyze the important information for supervision to enhance student teachers in professional teaching experienced practical skills 2) design and develop of the networked profile in professional teaching experienced practical skills. 3) analyze the result of using networked profile from student teachers in professional teaching experienced practical skills. The research procedure was separated into 3 phases. The first phase was analyzing the important information for supervision to enhance student teachers in professional teaching experienced practical skills. The data was collected in two groups. The first group sample were 245 people included of supervisors, cooperative teachers, the head of professional teaching experienced practical center and student teachers. Data was collected by using questionnaire. The second group samples were 9 supervisors and cooperative teachers. Data was collected by using interview. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis approach respectively. The second phase was designing and developing of the networked profile. The third phase was testing the networked profile for supervision to enhance student teachers in professional teaching experienced practical skills. The sample were 36 people included of supervisors, cooperative teachers, the head of professional teaching experienced practical center and student teachers. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings of the study were as follow: 1. The important information for supervision to enhance student teachers in professional teaching experienced practical skills consisted of 10 aspects which are 1) Planning and preparation 2) Subject matter content knowledge 3) Pedagogical skills 4) Evaluating learning outcome 5) Classroom management 6) Use technology to enhance instruction 7) Deepening your relationship with your school and community 8) Inquiry skills 9) Professional behavior and 10) Classroom action research. 2. The networked profile was designed and developed with four main functions; 1) main function 2) supervisor function 3) supervisee function 4) admin function which included 10 aspects of professional teaching experienced practical skills. The networked profile was validated in terms of appropriate in use. 3. The result of student teachers' use of networked profile , showed that after using networked profile ,the mean scores of the student teachers' professional teaching experienced practical skills were higher.
