Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 9 สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงาน ขนาดของโรงพยาบาล และการประชุมหลักสูตรด้านภัยพิบัติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 364 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพใช้แนวคิดขององค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO),สภาการพยาบาลแห่งชาติ (ICN, 2009) และผลงานวิจัยของอรุณรัตน์ สิริภักดีกาญจน์ (2556) ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน ได้ค่า CVI = 0.91 และทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงโดยการหาสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว(One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 9 สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.65 ) พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการวางแผนที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพชุมชน(ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.00) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดเตรียมฐานข้อมูลยานพาหนะ ระบบขนส่งต่อผู้ป่วยร่วมกับหน่วยงานและเครือข่าย(ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.71) ด้านการจัดการทีมพยาบาลและการฝึกอบรม และด้านการจัดทำคู่มือ กระบวนการพยาบาลและแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อภาวะรับภัยพิบัติมีค่าเท่ากัน(ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.70) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ คือด้านการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และให้ความรู้ด้านภัยพิบัติ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.34) 2. พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 9 ที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกที่แตกต่างกัน โดยเฉพาะแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินจะมีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติที่แตกต่างจากแผนกอื่นๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนขนาดแตกต่างกัน และผ่านหรือไม่ผ่านการอบรมหรือประชุมหลักสูตรด้านภัยพิบัติ มีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการภัยพิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objectives of this descriptive research were to study the preparedness in disaster management of professional nurses in district 9 community hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health. And to compare disasters preparedness by work experience, department assignment, size of hospital and disaster training or conferences. The sample was composed of 364 professional nurses in district 9 community hospitals who were selected by usesing the multi-stage sampling technique. The data collection included a questionnaire based on disaster management concepts developed by World Health Organization (WHO), National Council of Nursing (ICN, 2009) and results of the study of Arunrat Siri pakdeekan (2556). The questionnaire was validited by a panel of five qualified experts who checked for content validity (0.91). Reliability was tested by finding Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which yielded a reliability value of 0.97. Data were statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test statistic, One-way ANOVA. The results are as follows. 1. Preparedness of Disaster Management of Professional Nurses was found to be moderate (mean=2.65,SD=0.76) .When individual aspects were considered, Disaster management that effects the community health was found to earn the highest mean score (mean=3.00,SD=0.99), followed by the preparing the databases, vehicle and transportation system (mean=2.71, SD=1.02). Organizing nursing team (mean=2.70, SD=0.90). Co-ordinating communication and educating disaster knowledge had the lowest mean score (mean=2.34,SD=0.85). 2. Professional nurses working different departments assignment preparedness in disaster management of differrent with stastictic significance at .05 . Professional nurses who received work experience, size of hospital and disaster training or conferences in differrent with preparedness in disaster management no different.
