Fat Protein Lactoses Total Solids and Solids not Fat in Raw Cow Milk (ปริมาณมันเนย โปรตีน แล็คโตส ธาตุน้ำนมทั้งหมด และธาตุน้ำนมไม่รวมมันเนย ในน้ำนมโคดิบ)

Abstract

Two hundreds and sixteen samples of raw cow milk were analysed for major milk components using Milko Scan 133B. It was found that 98.1, 95.5, 81.5, 88.4 and 67.6% of samples tested contained fat, protein, lactose, total solids and solids not fat >3.6, >3.2, >4.4, >12.5 and >8.5%, respectively. The majority of the milk samples from Nongpo area contained fat protein, lactose, total solids and solids not fat higher than those from Muaklek area.(ทำการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างน้ำนมดิบ 216 ตัวอย่าง ด้วยเครื่อง Milko-Scan 133B พบว่าจำนวนตัวอย่างของน้ำนมโค 98.1, 95.5, 81.5, 88.4 และ 67.6% มีมันเนย โปรตีน แล็คโตส ธาตุน้ำนมทั้งหมด และธาตุน้ำนมไม่รวมมันเนย สูงกว่า 3.6, 3.2, 4.4, 12.5 และ 8.5% ตามลำดับ น้ำนมดิบที่เก็บจากตําบลหนองโพ จังหวัดราชบุรี ส่วนใหญ่จะมีมันเนย โปรตีน แล็คโตส ธาตุน้ำนมทั้งหมด และธาตุน้ำนมไม่รวมมันเนย สูงกว่าตัวอย่างน้ำนมดิบที่เก็บจากบริเวณอําเภอมวกเหล็ก จังหวัดสระบุรี)
