Abstract

ก้อนเนื้องอกชนิดแกรนูโลมาบริเวณท่อทางเดินปัสสาวะของสุนัขเพศเมีย เริ่มจากรูเปิดของท่อปัสสาวะไปจนถึงกระเพาะปัสสาวะ รักษาโดยการทําผ่าตัดเลาะเอาก้อนเนื้องอกและตัดเอาส่วนของท่อทางเดินปัสสาวะทั้งหมดออก พร้อมกับดึงเอาส่วน ของคอกระเพาะปัสสาวะมาเย็บติดกับเยื่อบุบริเวณปากช่องคลอดเพื่อเป็นรูเปิดของปัสสาวะ แผลผ่าตัดหายเป็นปกติ ภายใน 6 สัปดาห์ อาการแทรกซ้อนภายหลังศัลยกรรมคือสุนัขมี ปัสสาวะไหลกระปริบกระปรอยอยู่ตลอดเวลา A case of Canine Venereal granuloma in the female urethra is reported. The mass affecting the urethral submucosa and surrounding tissues, extensively spreaded from the urethral orifice to the neck of the urinary bladder. The tumour was surgically removed out of the urethra, which had severely affected and impossible to be freed from the mass. A new urethral orifice was reconstituted by suturing the neck of urinary bladder to the vaginal mucosa. Completed healing took place 6 wks after the operation. Urinary incontinence was the only post operative complication observed.
