Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้แบบอุปมาและความสามารถในการใช้เบราว์เซอร์ ที่มีต่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในระบบสนับสนุนสมรรถนะการทำงานด้วยเว็บของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมของกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบ Randomize Posttest only Factorial Design ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาคือ รูปแบบส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้แบบอุปมา 2 รูปแบบได้แก่ อุปมาแบบเดียวและอุปมาหลายแบบ ความสามารถในการใช้เบราว์เซอร์ 2 ระดับ คือ ระดับสูงและระดับต่ำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้รับการฝึกอบรมของกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานจำนวน 66 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 3 ชิ้น ได้แก่ ระบบสนับสนุนสมรรถนะการทำงานด้วยเว็บเรื่อง “พื้นฐานการใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop " แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการใช้เบราว์เซอร์ และแบบทดสอบวัดการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในระบบสนับสนุนสมรรถนะการทำงานด้วยเว็บ ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบทดสอบวัดได้ .82 และ .84 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง (Two-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้รับการฝึกที่ใช้ส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้แบบอุปมาต่างกัน มีผลการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในระบบสนับสนุนสมรรถนะการทำงานด้วยเว็บ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. ผู้รับการฝึกที่ใช้ส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้แบบอุปมาต่างกัน มีผลการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในระบบสนับสนุนสมรรถนะการทำงานด้วยเว็บ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการอุปมาในส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้กับความสามารถในการใช้เบราว์เซอร์ที่มีผลต่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the effects of metaphor in user-interface and abilities in using browser upon information access in Web-Based Performance Support System of Department of Skill Development trainees. The variables were metaphorical user­ interface; single metaphor and multiple metaphors and abilities in using browser ; high and low level. The subjects were 66 Department of Skill Development trainees. Three research tools were Web-Based Performance Support System, a browser using abilities test and an information access test. The reliability of the tests were .82 and .84, respectively. Statistical technique used in data analysis was Two-way ANOVA The results were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference of information access between trainees using different metaphorical user-interface. 2. There was a significant difference of information access between trainees who had different abilities in using browser at the .05 level. 3. There was an interaction between metaphorical user-interface and abilities in using browser on the information access in Web-Based Performance Support System at the.05level.
