Abstract

ศึกษาบทบาทในการลดความขัดแย้งทางสังคมของละครโทรทัศน์ ที่ออกอากาศในช่วงเวลาก่อนข่าวภาคค่ำ เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของผู้ชมที่มีต่อบทบาทในการลดความขัดแย้งทางสังคม ของละครโทรทัศน์ที่ออกอากาศในช่วงเวลาก่อนข่าวภาคค่ำ และศึกษาการเชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาในละครโทรทัศน์กับชีวิตจริงของผู้ชม โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทตามแนวคิดการเล่าเรื่องละครโทรทัศน์ ที่ออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 จำนวน 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ ละครโทรทัศน์เรื่อง คุณหนูฉันทนา เทพธิดาปลาร้า เขยบ้านนอก และสะใภ้เจ้าสัว และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกกลุ่มผู้ชมจำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มผู้ชมที่มีภูมิหลังหรือประสบการณ์ใกล้เคียงกับเนื้อหาในละคร จำนวน 20 คน และกลุ่มผู้ชมทั่วไปที่ติดตามรับชมละครโทรทัศน์ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวจำนวน 20 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาพบว่า ละครโทรทัศน์ที่ออกอากาศในช่วงเวลาก่อนข่าวภาคค่ำ มีบทบาทในการลดความขัดแย้งทางสังคมผ่านองค์ประกอบการเล่าเรื่องทั้ง 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ โครงเรื่อง แก่นเรื่อง ตัวละคร ความขัดแย้ง ฉาก และตอนจบ ในส่วนของการรับรู้ของผู้ชม พบว่า ผู้ชมสามารถรับรู้บทบาทในการลดความขัดแย้งทางสังคมของละครโทรทัศน์ ที่ออกอากาศในช่วงเวลาก่อนข่าวภาคค่ำผ่านการนำเสนอปัญหาความขัดแย้ง วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง และข้อคิดที่ปรากฏในละครโทรทัศน์ สำหรับการเชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาในละครกับชีวิตจริงของผู้ชมพบว่า กลุ่มผู้ชมที่มีภูมิหลังหรือประสบการณ์ใกล้เคียงกับเนื้อหาในละคร จะมีการเชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาในละครกับชีวิตจริง โดยการเปรียบเทียบเนื้อหาในละครกับประสบการณ์ตัวเอง การเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับตัวละคร และการเลียนแบบเนื้อหาที่ปรากฏในละครได้มากกว่ากลุ่มผู้ชมทั่วไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study social correlation role of television dramas air prior to evening news, to study audience’s perception in social correlation role of television dramas, and to study how the portrayal of the television dramas relate to real life. This research is a qualitative research in which employing the textual analysis of four Thai television dramas air prior to evening news on Chanel 3, Khun Nu Chan Thana, Thepthida Plara, Khoei Bannok, and Sa Phai Chaosua, and in-depth interview of 40 sample audiences. The sample audiences are divided into 2 groups; 20 audiences who has background or life experience similar to the stories presented in the television dramas and 20 general audiences. From the textual analysis, the television dramas have the social correlation role through 6 narrative components; plot, theme, character, conflict, setting, and ending. From the perception of the sample audiences, it can be seen that the audiences can recognize the way drama helps to reduce the social conflict problems. The way television dramas air prior to evening news present social conflicts, the solution of solving the social conflicts, and ideas teaching about the conflicts can make audiences realize about it, and thus, helps to reduce the problems. The study of how the portrayal presented in the television dramas relates to real life illustrates that the audiences who have background or experience resemble to the dramas are more capable to identify and link themselves to the stories presented in the dramas. They are more capable to compare their life experiences to the stories, compare themselves to the characters, and choose to follow what the dramas presented.
