Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาความแตกต่างของสัณฐานคะแนนเอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ ของเด็กวัยรุ่นที่ติดและไม่ติดเฮโรอีน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียน นักศึกษา เพศชายอายุ 16 ปี ถึง 20 ปี แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ติดเฮโรอีน เป็นผู้ที่มารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า จำนวน 12 คน และที่โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ จำนวน 39 คน กลุ่มที่ไม่ติดเฮโรอีน เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 แผนกวิชาเคหะภัณฑ์ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคกรุงเทพ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบทดสอบ เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ ของสตาร์คอาร์ ฮาร์ทอะเวย์ และ เจ ชาร์นเลย์ แมคคินเลย์ ฉบับแปลเป็นภาษาไทย และดัดแปลงครั้งที่ 2 โดยเกษมศักดิ์ ภูมิศรีแก้ว เลือกใช้มาตรที่ประเมินอาการความเจ็บป่วยทางจิตและประสาท 2 มาตร คือ ไซโคแพททิค ดิวิเอท (Pd), ไฮโปแมนเนีย (Ma), และมาตรพิเศษอีก 7 มาตร คือ แอลกอฮอลิค ดิฟเฟอเรนทิเอชั่น (Ah), ดีเพนเดนซี่ แฟมมิเลียล ดีสคอร์ด (Pd₁), ออธอริตี้ พรอมเบลม (Pd₂), โซเชียล เอเลียเนชั่น (Pd₄A), เซลฟ์ เอเลียเนชั่น (Pd₄B) และไซโคติค เทนเดนซี่ แฟคเตอร์ (Pq) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญปรากฏว่า 1. มีความแตกต่างในสัณฐานคะแนนเอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกมาตร ในกลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่ติดและไม่ติดเฮโรอีน 2. มีความแตกต่างในสัณฐานคะแนน เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในมาตร Pq ในกลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่ติดเฮโรอีนในระยะการถอนยา และการถอนยาเรียบร้อยแล้ว 3. มีความแตกต่างในสัณฐานคะแนน เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในมาตร Dy, Ma, Pd, Pd₁, Pd2, Pd₄A และ Pd₄B ระหว่างกลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ติดและติดเฮโรอีนในระยะที่ถอนยาเรียบร้อยแล้ว.

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the differences of the MMPI profiles between heroin addicted and non-addicted adolescents. The subjects were 81 male students, age 16-20. They were divided into two groups. The heroin addicted were 51 patients from Pramonkut Klao Hospital and Thanyarak Hospital. The heroin non-addicted were 30 first year students in Division of Furniture making and Design, Bangkok Technical Institute. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (translated into Thai and 2nd modified by Kasemsak Phoomsrikhao) was administered to the subjects. The scales which were of two types, clinical scales. Psychopathic deviate (Pd), Hypomania (Ma) and 7 special scales : Alcoholic differentiation (Ah), Dependency (Dy), Familial discord (Pd₁), Authority problem (Pd₂), Social alienation (Ph₄A), Self alienation (Pd₄B) and Psychotic Tendency factors (Pq) were used for this purpose. The major results : there were the differences of the MMPI profiles (1) between the heroin addicted and non-addicted adolescents on every scale (2) On Pq scales in the heroin addicted during and after the withdrawal period (3) On Dy, Ma, Pd, Pd₁, Pd₂, Pd₄A, Pd4B scales between the heroin addicted and non-addicted adolescents
