Abstract

Nowadays, the change of society rapidly occurs, and it has affected nursing profession as well as nurses' lives. Therefore, registered nurses have to transform themselves to fit the context of a society in order to improve the quality of life. It must be carefully planned with a complete set of essential principles to help change the self successfully as needed.
