Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่อง “วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่กับการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนานาฏศิลป์ล้านนา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาการแสดงนาฏศิลป์แบบล้านนาของวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่ มีขอบเขตของการวิจัย คือ ศึกษารูปแบบการฟ้อนแบบนาฏศิลป์ล้านนาในสายคุ้มพระราชชายาเจ้าดารารัศมี ที่วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่ได้รับถ่ายทอด และการพัฒนาชุดการแสดงทั้ง 3 ช่วง ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2514 จนถึง พ.ศ. 2561 รวมระยะเวลา 47 ปี ด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดลำดับและเรียบเรียงข้อมูล และนำเสนอผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาติ เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมศิลปวัฒนธรรมพื้นเมืองประจำภาคเหนือที่ “สร้างศาสตร์แห่งศิลป์” ด้วยการดำเนินการตามวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจที่กำหนดเป้าหมายสำคัญใน 2 ประเด็น คือ การอนุรักษ์และพัฒนา ด้วยการการสืบสาน สร้างสรรค์ และเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมผ่านนโยบายการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา นโยบายการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานั้นในด้านการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาของวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่จะให้ความสำคัญกับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้นาฏศิลป์ล้านนา เริ่มต้นจากการเชิญช่างฟ้อนที่เคยอยู่ในคุ้มพระราชชายาเจ้าดารารัศมี และช่างฟ้อนที่มีความสามารถเข้ามาถ่ายทอดรูปแบบการฟ้อนรำให้กับนักเรียน นักศึกษา ครู อาจารย์ แล้วนำนาฏศิลป์ล้านนาที่ได้รับถ่ายทอดมาบรรจุไว้ในหลักสูตร ต่อมาเมื่อยุคสมัยเปลี่ยนไปคณาจารย์จึงได้มีการสร้างสรรค์นาฏศิลป์ล้านนาชุดใหม่ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคมแล้วนำการแสดงนาฏศิลป์ล้านนาออกเผยแพร่ สู่สาธารณชนในโอกาสสำคัญ ๆ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามนโยบายการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อีกทั้งการจัดโครงการและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนจากสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ เพื่อให้ครู อาจารย์สร้างสรรค์นาฏศิลป์ล้านนาชุดใหม่ ๆ โดยผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ สิ่งที่สำคัญอีกประการหนึ่งคือการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาสร้างสรรค์นาฏศิลป์ล้านนาในรายวิชาศิลปนิพนธ์ ถือเป็นการพัฒนา ต่อยอดองค์ความรู้เดิมให้มีความแปลกใหม่ ทันสมัยเข้ากับยุคสมัย แต่ยังคงรักษาของเดิมไว้ไม่ให้สูญหาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำนาฏศิลป์ล้านนาออกถ่ายทอดให้กับสถานศึกษาอื่น ๆ เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์นาฏศิลป์ล้านนาให้คงอยู่สืบไป วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปเชียงใหม่จึงเป็นองค์กรทางด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งมีพันธกิจสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการรักษาศิลปวัฒนธรรม เพื่อให้มีการสืบทอดต่อไปยังอนาคต ด้วยการสร้างคน สร้างศาสตร์ และบริการสังคม อีกทั้งองค์ความรู้เดิมมาพัฒนาเพื่อสนองการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This study explored the essence of preservation and development of northern Thai dance by Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts. The research scope covers dance patterns influenced by the court of Princess Dara Rasmi’s style, passed through Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts as well as the development of dancing within the three phrases from 1971 to 2018 (47 years). The research methods were collecting, analyzing, synchronizing data, and summarizing and presenting results. Results have shown that Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts is the art and cultural institution of the nation. The college has been collecting the northern art and culture of Thailand, with the two crucial goals following its vision and mission. These include; 1) the preservation and development by conserving and creating, and 2) the art and cultural promotion through the policy of the chief executive officers of the college. As for the preservation and development policies, of the CEOs of the college, the main emphasis was on gathering the knowledge of northern Thai dance. The dance experts, who lived and learnt from the court of Princess Dara Rasmi, as well as the locals, had been invited to teach at the college, and their lessons then had been implemented in the curriculum. Later, teachers of the college had created novel Lanna performances in order to serve the needs of audiences. The creation of Lanna dance was honoured and publicly promoted. A range of projects had been founded, followed the vision of the CEOs and relied on the grant received from Bunditpatanasilpa institute. Moreover, the art thesis of students had been pushed in line with preservation, creation, development, and appropriately adapted to the modernized world. The knowledge of northern Thai dance had been passed to other institutes aimed at preserving Lanna dance. Thus, Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts is positioned as art and cultural institution with the mission of preserving art and culture that could be transmitted to the future generation, together with the development of knowledge and serving society. The existing expertise would also be counted to full fill the continuous change.
