Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลสำหรับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลสำหรับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน 3) เพื่อประเมินระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลสำหรับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ตัวอย่างในการวิจัยได้ คือ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 6 คน และตัวแทนครู 6 คน ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและตัวแทนครู 246 คน และตัวอย่างเพื่อร่างระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัล ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และคู่มือระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนของไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ฐานนิยม มัธยฐาน พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัล พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในการเปลี่ยนผ่าน แต่ละองค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหารายบุคคลของนักเรียน (PNIModified =0.19) 2) การพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะและความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีของบุคลากร (PNIModified =0.20) 3) การใช้ประโยชน์จากแหล่งข้อมูลเปิดที่เป็นแหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ (PNIModified =0.22)และ 4) การนำแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางไกล มาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน (PNIModified =0.22) 2. ระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่โรงเรียนดิจิทัลสำหรับโรงเรียนประถมเอกชน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนของไทย มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 นักเรียน องค์ประกอบที่ 2 บุคลากร องค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 รูปแบบองค์กร โดยมี 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สภาพในแต่ละองค์ประกอบ 2) กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์เชิงกลยุทธ์ 3) ออกแบบการดำเนินการ 4) ดำเนินการปฏิบัติเพื่อการเปลี่ยนผ่าน และ 5) การประเมินเพื่อปรับปรุงพัฒนา 3. ผลการประเมินและรับรองระบบการเปลี่ยนผ่านดิจิทัลฯ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.88 อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this research were 1) To study the priority needs of the school information communication and technological management in private primary schools to become a digital school 2) To develop a digital school transformation system for private elementary schools in the Upper Northeast of Thailand 3) To validate a digital school transformation system for private elementary schools in the Upper Northeast of Thailand. The quantitative data were collected from 6 private school principals and 6 technology teachers by means of an in-depth interview. In addition, the qualitative data were collected from private school principals and teachers (n=246) using questionnaires. The school digital transformation system was developed by 17 experts by using the Applied Delphi Technique and was validated by 5 experts. The statistics to analyze the data were Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Mode, Standard Deviation(SD), Interquartile range (IQR) and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). The results showed that; 1. The priorty needs to transform into a digital school in each dimensions are; 1) The implementation of techniology to address a student's differenciation (PNIModified=0.19) 2) Professional development (PNIModified =0.20) 3) Integrating open educational resourses into instruction(PNIModified=0.22) and 4) Implementation of distance-learning into a classroom (PNIModified=0.22). 2. The system for transforming into a digital school in which it were divided into 4 dimensions: 1) Student's dimension 2) People's dimension 3) Operational Process dimension and 4) Educational Organization Model dimension. Moreover, the school digital tranfromation has 5 processes: 1) Analysis 2) Strategies 3) Design 4) Implementation and 5) Review. 3. The digital school transformation system for private elementary schools in the Upper Northeast of Thailand with the results validated by experts with a score of 4.88 in which it is within the excellent level range.
