Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศไปใช้ในบริบทสังคมไทย ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษา ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย คือ (1) ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ จำนวน 1 ราย และ (2) ครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม จำนวน 4 ราย โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสังเกต และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ มีกระบวนการในการพัฒนา 8 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาบริบทและกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2) สร้างความไว้วางใจและพื้นที่ปลอดภัย 3) สืบค้นสถานการณ์ปัญหา 4) ระบุขอบเขตเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ 5) ออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6) จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 7) ประเมินผล และ 8) ติดตามผล และโปรแกรมประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ความเป็นมาและสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ขอบเขตเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ 4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 5) สภาพแวดล้อม และ 6) การประเมินผลและติดตามผลการเรียนรู้ ทั้งนี้ แนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศไปใช้ในบริบทสังคมไทย ประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาบริบทของสังคมไทยในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ เพื่อให้โปรแกรมสอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ที่เป็นอยู่ 2) การกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้นำไปใช้สามารถกำหนดได้โดยอิสระ แต่ต้องมีการพิจารณาให้เหมาะสม 3) การเตรียมคณะทำงานให้มีความพร้อม และมีความเข้าใจในการจัดโปรแกรม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งแนวคิดพื้นฐานในการจัดโปรแกรม 4) การเลือกใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สามารถเลือกใช้ได้หลายรูปแบบ 5) การนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ด้วยความยืดหยุ่น 6) การติดตามประเมินผลด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this study were to 1) to develop a Non-Formal Education Program for Enhancing the Ability of Family and Trustworthy Person to Empower the Sexual Assault Survivors and 2) to propose guidelines for implementing a Non-Formal Education Program for Enhancing the Ability of Family and Trustworthy Person to Empower the Sexual Assault Survivors. The qualitative case study method were conduct. The participants were (1) a sexual assault survivor, and (2) 4 family and trustworthy person participated in the program. The research instruments were (1) semi-structure interview form, and (2) observation form. The data was analyzed by using content analysis. The findings were as follow: 1) The development of a Non-Formal Education Program for Enhancing the Ability of Family and Trustworthy Person to Empower the Sexual Assault Survivors consisted of 8 process: (1) studying the context and defining the participants (2) building trust and safe space (3) explore the problem situation (4) determine the scope of the content (5) designing learning activities (6) implementation (7) evaluation, and (8) monitoring. The components of the program include (1) background and situation and (2) objectives (3) scope of learning content (4) learning activities (5) environment, and (6) evaluation. and 2) The propose guidelines for implementing a Non-Formal Education Program for Enhancing the Ability of Family and Trustworthy Person to Empower the Sexual Assault Survivors: (1) a study of the context of Thai society (2) determining the right target audience (3) preparing the working group to be ready (4) selecting of various learning activities (5) flexible program implementation, and (6) monitoring and evaluation through a variety of methods.
