Abstract

This paper provides a guideline for the planning of a Logistics System and summarizes important issues regarding Logistics Management. A guideline for setting up a Logistics System is given and each main component of a Logistics System is discussed.(บทความนี้เขียนถึงแนวทางในการวางแผนงานระบบ Logistics และสรุปใจความสำคัญใน การบริหารงานระบบ Logistics โดยนำเสนอแนวทางและขั้นตอนในการจัดตั้งวางแผนงานต่างๆที่ เป็นองค์ประกอบหลักของระบบ Logistics)
