Abstract

Ninety three isolated E. coli from commercially reared chickens were tested for their antimicrobial sensitivity to 26 antimicrobial agents. Percentage of E. coli isolates tested were sensitive to gentamicin, lincomycin +spectino-mycin and danofloxacin; 83.52, 73.91 and 73.12%, respectively. Spectinomycin was the only antimicrobial agent that was not resistance to all E. coli isolates testing. One hundred percent of isolates were resistant to nalidixic acid, sulfadiazine, novobiocin and erythromycin.(เชื้อ อี. โคไล จำนวน 93 สายพันธุ์ ที่แยกได้จากไก่ นำมาทดสอบความไวของเชื้อ ต่อยาปฏิชีวนะต่างๆ จำนวน 26 ชนิด พบว่าเชื้อ อี. โคไล มีความไวต่อยาเจนต้ามัยซินสูงสุด คือ 83.52% ส่วนยาที่มีความไวต่อเชื้อรองลงมา ได้แก่ ลินโคมัยซินรวมกับสเปคติโนมัยซิน ดาโนฟลอกซาซิน คือ 73.91 และ 73.12% ตามลำดับ ยาสเป็คติโนมัยซินเป็นยาตัวเดียวที่ เชื้อ อี. โคไล ไม่มีการต้านยา และเชื้อ อี. โคไล ต้านยา 100% ต่อยานาลิดซิคแอซิด ซัลฟาไดอะซีน โนโวไบโอซิน และอิริโทรมัยซิน)
