Abstract

Embryo transfer in pig was carried out in 12 gilts which previously experienced estrus, it was divided into 4 trials. Trial 1 using a pair of gilt which were slaughtered on day 5 {morula,16-32 cells) and b {morula to young blastocyst after mating. in vitro collections of the embryos was performed by flushing the uterus with phosphate buffered saline. Eighty-four point five {11/13} and 100% {12/12} respectively of the embroys were recovered.
