Abstract

การประมวลสารนิเทศให้อยู่ในรูปแบบคู่มือมีลักษณะพิเศษซึ่งแตกต่างจากการประมวลสารนิเทศในรูปแบบอื่น ๆ เพราะ จำเป็นต้องมีการวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบและถ่ายทอดอย่างเป็นระเบียบ เพื่อตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้ใช้ที่ต้องการใช้คู่มือ เป็นแหล่งอ้างอิงในการปฏิบัติงานหรือใช้งาน ก่อนผลิตคู่มือจึงต้องมีการวางแผนและการออกแบบให้รอบด้านและเหมาะสม ตั้งแต่การศึกษาผู้ใช้ การกำหนดลักษณะทางกายภาพและทางเนื้อหา การออกแบบเค้าโครงหน้ำระดาษ การใช้ภาพประกอบเพื่อให้คู่มือมีคุณภาพ ใช้งานได้จริง Information repackaging in manual format is unique from other formats since it requires systematic analyzing and organized synthesizing in order to meet user’s need of reference materials for working on tasks or tasks or using products. Therefore, there should be a well rounded and suitable plan before producing a manual. The plan should cover user study, physical and content characteristics, page layout, writing styles and using illustration to improve the quality and practicality of the manuals.
