Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the conceptual framework of research on leadership development strategies for secondary school administrators in accordancewith the concept of global leadership development of students. The study includesinput from 5 experts. The assessment form as tool was used to assess the suitability and feasibility of the conceptual framework and IOC index. The research found that:1) The leadership development concept of secondary school administrators in accordance with the concept of global leadership development of students had two conceptualframeworks. 2) The concept of global leadership used the pyramid model of globalleadership consisting of global knowledge, threshold traits, attitudes and orientations,interpersonal skills and system skills. 3) The concept of leadership development wasbased on approaches to leadership development consisting of personal growth, conceptual understanding, feedback and skill building. 4) The results of the evaluation by the experts found that both conceptual frameworks were appropriate and feasible for thedevelopment of global leadership.(การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดในการวิจัยกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นําแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมี 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือ คือ แบบประเมินความตรงของแนวคิดและดัชนี IOC ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แนวคิดการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นําแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ มี 2 องค์ประกอบ (2) แนวคิดภาวะผู้นําแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ใช้แนวคิดรูปแบบพีรามิดของภาวะผู้นําแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ที่ประกอบด้วย ความรู้โลกาภิวัตน์ ลักษณะสําคัญ ทัศนคติและการปรับแนวคิด ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และทักษะระบบ และ (3) แนวคิดการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําที่ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาส่วนบุคคล การเข้าใจความคิดรวบยอด การให้ข้อติชม และการพัฒนาทักษะ ผลการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพบว่า ทั้งสองแนวคิดมีความตรงต่อการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําแบบโลกาภิวัตน์)
