Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: (1) level of administration personnel administration in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, (2) level of transformation management in educational administration in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, (3) the transformation management affecting personnel administration in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The samples were 322 personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi by using the Krejcie and Morgan’s table and the samples were assigned by simple sampling method. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that (1) Personnel administration in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in overall was at a high; (2) Management of educational management transformation of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was at a high level,especially in monitoring was at the highest level and (3) Educational management transformation affected personnel management of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi significantly at .05 level,in educational participation and monitoring. Multiple regression equations of personnel administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in personnel management of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi = 1.5887 + 0.156 (participation) + (monitoring).
