Abstract
This experimental research aimed to 1) compare the English learning achievement of students who were taught by the deductive learning method in a mobile learningenvironment and students who were taught by a conventional learning method,2) compare before and after of English learning achievement of students who weretaught by deductive learning method in a mobile learning environment, 3) compareEnglish learning achievement of students who were taught by the deductive learning method in a mobile learning environment with different learning abilities, 4) composethe motivation levels of students who were taught through mobile and conventional learning style, and 5) compose motivation levels of different ability groups who have been solely taught through the deductive mobile learning method. The sample were students in grade 4 at Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary School. The research instrument consisted of 4 lesson plans, exercise in mobile learning environment, theEnglish achievement test and learning motivation questionnaire. Data were analyzedusing descriptive statistics, dependent sample t-test Independent sample t-test and one-ways ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: The experimental group had higher English learning achievement than the control group at statistically significant level 05. Moreover the student had English learning achievement before being taught by deductive learning method in mobile learning environment higher than after atstatistically significant level .05. There were on statistically significant differences interms of the mean of English learning achievement between student groups of different learning abilities at a statistically significant level .05. Overall, motivation levels of students from mobile and conventional learning methods showed no major difference beyond a significant level .05. Students of different ability levels who partook in the mobilelearning method showed varying motivation within a significant level .05. Students inthe higher ability group showed a greater level of motivation in comparison to theintermediate level group.(การวิจัยเชิงทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ (1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์วิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนแบบนิรนัยผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิงและวิธีการสอนแบบปกติ (2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์วิชาภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนได้รับการสอนแบบนิรนัยผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิง (3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์วิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนแบบนิรนัยผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิงกลุ่มเก่ง กลาง และอ่อน (4) แรงจูงใจในการเรียนของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนแบบนิรนัยผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิงและวิธีการสอนปกติ และ (5) แรงจูงใจของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนแบบนิรนัยผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิงกลุ่มเก่ง กลาง และอ่อน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบฝากหัดผ่านโมบายเลิร์นนิง แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจในการเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลอง (1) มีค่าเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) กลุ่มเก่ง กลาง และอ่อน มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักเรียนกลุ่มสูงมีผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังเรียนสูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มอ่อนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (4) มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการเรียนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุม (5) กลุ่มเก่ง กลาง และอ่อนมีแรงจูงใจในการเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักเรียนกลุ่มสูงมีแรงจูงใจในการเรียนสูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ)
