Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) investigate the effectiveness and factors affecting the effectiveness of these schools, 2) review the congruence of the linear structuralrelationship model of the factors and the empirical data and 3) present the direct, indirect and total influences of the factors. The sample group consisted of 572 directors of inclusiveschools. A questionnaire was the research tool. The data were analyzed to obtain mean, standard deviation, and Pearson?s product moment correlation coefficient. LISREL version 8.72.The findings revealed as follows: 1) As a whole, the average scores of the effectiveness and the factors were high and when taking each individual aspect into consideration, average scores were also high. (M = 4.16) 2) The linear structural relationship model of the factors showed valid congruence with the empirical data at = 51.32 df = 38, p = 0.073, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR = 0.015, CN = 664.52. 3) The factors included 1) Institutional resource management, institutional atmosphere, characteristics of the staff and leadership, 2) Indirect factors in that the leadership indirectlyinfluenced the institutional resource management and the institutional atmosphere and 3) Total influences which were leadership, institutional resource management, institutionalatmosphere and characteristics of the staff.(การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผล และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเรียนรวม 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเรียนรวมกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเรียนรวม ตัวอย่างคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเรียนรวม จำนวน 572 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความเบ้ ความโด่ง การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์การกระจาย การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.72ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเรียนรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (M = 4.16) 2) รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเรียนรวมสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ( = 51.32 df = 38, p = 0.073, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR = 0.015, CN = 664.52) และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อโรงเรียนเรียนรวม1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรง คือ การจัดการทรัพยากรองค์การ บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาคุณลักษณะของบุคลากร และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อม คือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านการจัดการทรัพยากรองค์การ และบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลรวม คือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร การจัดการทรัพยากรองค์การ บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา และคุณลักษณะของบุคลากร)
