Abstract

The ameloblastic odontoma is an odontogenic lesion which histologically, bears a resemblance to both the ameloblastoma and the composite odontoma. It occurs in young children and grows fair rapidly, producing considerable of bone deformity within a short period of time. The case is presented the clinical features, roentgenographic feature, histopathologic features and also the treatment as well as follow up the patient(อะมีโลบลาสติค โอดอนโตมาเป็นเนื้องอกที่มีจุดกําเนิดเกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดฟัน พบโรคได้น้อยส่วนมากจะเกิดในเด็ก มีการทําลายกระดูกขากรรไกรอย่างรวดเร็ว ทําให้ใบหน้าผู้ป่วยผิดปกติไป รายงานผู้ป่วยรายนี้ได้แสดงถึงลักษณะอาการทางคลินิก ภาพรังสี ลักษณะจุลพยาธิวิทยา การรักษาโรค และการติดตามผลของการรักษาโดยละเอียด)
