Abstract

Members of three generations of a Thai family with features of the multiple basal cell nevus syndrome have been investigated. The proband, a fourty-nine year old man was originally seen because of multiple odontogennic keratocyst. Further examination disclosed basal cell carcinoma and sebaceous cysts of the face. His blood relations in this syndrome.(การรายงานผู้ป่วยคนไทย 6 ราย เป็นโรคอยู่ในกลุ่มอาการของมัลติเปิลบาซาลเซลล์นีวัส เป็นการศึกษา และติดตามผู้ป่วยอย่างแท้จริงซึ่งเริ่มต้นด้วยผู้ป่วยชายรายแรกมีถุงน้ำในกระดูกขากรรไกรหลาย ๆ ถุง พร้อมกับมี บาซาลเซลล์ คาร์ซิโนมา และ ซีเบซัส ซิสต์ ที่ บริเวณใบหน้า ต่อมาสามารถติดตาม และศึกษาผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวพันทางสายเลือดกับผู้ป่วย รายแรกได้อีก 5 ราย รวมทั้งบุตรชายของเขา ผู้ป่วยทุกรายมีถุงน้ำหลายถุงเกิดในกระดูก ขากรรไกรพร้อมกับมี บาซาลเซลล์ คาร์ซิโนมา นีวัส ซีเบซัส ซิสต์ อยู่ตามผิวหนัง การสืบประวัติย้อนหลังมีหลักฐานว่าโรคเกิดได้รวมแล้วถึง 3 ชั่วอายุคนรวมผู้ป่วยทั้งหมดได้ 15 ราย)
