Abstract

Aneurysmal bone cyst is generally occured in vertebra, flat bone and shaft of long bone. It is very rare in jaw bones. In area of Head and Neck, The Mahdible frequently involved more than in the maxilla. Which this case, the author report a Thai-woman who had the disease about 10 years. An interesting clinical problem of differential diagnosis and pathological diagnosis were emphasized.(แอนนิวริสมัล โบน ซิสท (Aneurysmal bone cyst) โดยทั่วไปแล้ว มักจะพบในกระดูกสันหลัง (vertebra), กระดูกแบน (flat bone) และกระดูก ส่วนยาว (shaft of long bone) ในกระดูกขากรรไกรพบโรคนี้ได้น้อยมาก บริเวณศรีษะและคอ (Head and neck) จะพบมากในส่วนของกระดูกใบหน้า (Facial bone) เช่น กระดูกขากรรไกรล่าง ในรายงานเรื่องนี้ผู้เขียนได้รายงาน ถึงหญิงไทยซึ่งมีอาการบวมของขากรรไกรล่างข้างขวามาเป็นเวลาประมาณ 10 ปี เศษ ผลของการตรวจจากภาพถ่ายเอ็กซเรย์ และจากกล้องจุลทัศน์ ปรากฏว่าเป็น แอนนิวริสมัส โบน ซิสท)
