Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป โดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคตแบบ EDFR ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 23 คน คัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด โดยเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ตรงกับปัญหาการวิจัยและยินดีร่วมมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านบริหารองค์การพยาบาล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้น และผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นนักวิชาการในสถาบันการศึกษาในด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนวัตกรรมและการพัฒนานวัตกรรมของประเทศ ประกอบด้วย รอบที่ 1 เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 2 และรอบที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ใช้ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 80 วัน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างคลอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้นำนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไปที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะย่อย 36 ข้อ เป็นคุณลักษณะที่มีระดับความสำคัญมากที่สุด 30 ข้อ และระดับความสำคัญมาก 6 ข้อ จำแนกเป็น 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1.ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 7 ข้อ 2.ด้านความเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 8 ข้อ 3.ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 6 ข้อ 4.ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 7 ข้อ 5.ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 8 ข้อ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study an innovative leader characteristics of head nurses in general hospitals. EDFR technique was using in this research. The key informances were 23 experts including of the nursing administrators | head nurse, academic of organization | innovation management and national innovation. The expertise were specialist in knowledge and experience of problem research and cooperated in research. The first round instrument was interview form, the second and the third round were rating scales questionnaire. Data were collected 3 rounds by the researcher within 80 days. Data were analyzed by median and interquatile range. The result revealed that an innovative leader characteristics of head nurses in general hospitals composed of 36 itemts. The 30 itemts were evaluated as the most essential and 6 items are evaluated as the much essential.The itemts can be classified into 5 aspects as follow : 1.Creative thinking composed of 7 itemts. 2.Transformational leadership composed of 8 itemts. 3.Creating a corporate culture composed of 6 itemts. 4.Self-development composed of 7 itemts. 5.Personality composed of 8 itemts.
